Volunteer With Us in Cao Bo, Vietnam

As a volunteer, you'll live and work as part of our family in the Cao Bo mountain region, west of Ha Giang City. You'll collaborate closely with Bic, the project's founder, to support the local community in meaningful ways.

Your contributions may include:

Teaching English to villagers

Assisting with wooden construction or homestay maintenance

Creating murals, paintings, or illustrations for community and business projects

We welcome enthusiastic, like-minded individuals who are passionate about cultural exchange and want to experience authentic life in a remote ethnic minority community.

Activities & Shift

I'm currently looking for volunteers to help with the following projects in my local village:

1. English Teaching
No teaching experience is required—just enthusiasm and a willingness to connect with locals. Classes are informal and based on student availability, usually lasting around 2 hours. The focus is on conversation, not textbooks, and you're free to teach in the way that suits you best. You're also welcome to prepare your own activities to make the experience enjoyable and meaningful.

2. Construction & Renovation
I need help improving my homestay, especially from those with experience in carpentry, construction, electrical work, plumbing, or general building design. Small upgrades will make the space more comfortable and attractive for guests. Your ideas and guidance are welcome, as I have limited experience in this area.

3. Creative Projects
If you have skills in mural painting, illustration, sign-making, or graphic design, I’d love your help to beautify the homestay, update my website, and design packaging for my tea business. Assistance with creating flyers or brochures to promote the homestay is also appreciated.

Your support will directly benefit the local community by creating new economic opportunities while preserving our culture. Thank you for considering being a part of this journey!
