Thank you, the home, for inviting us into your home and sharing insights into your culture! the home was a warm and welcoming host, as was her family. Unfortunately, we visited during the off-season, so there wasn't much to do except drink tea and take walks. During most of our stay, the home was away on a business trip to Hanoi, so we spent time with her family, who made sure we had everything we needed, but didn't speak English. This made it hard to learn about the culture, but the fresh, traditional meals they served every day were delicious! PS. It gets cold in winter ;)
