I've spent four weeks in Blitar and it was one of the best experiences of my life. I'm grateful beyond words for the people I've met there, for they were always kind and caring, did everything in their power to make me feel at home and confortable, which indeed happened. If you're looking for a sign, this is it! I would definitely recommend to stay for a couple weeks:)

The host (host) Teaching & spending time with these kids & young adults was a rewarding & the host experience. They are so keen to connect with native English speakers as it is rare in Blitar to see foreigners. Prepare to teach & play alone & from your own ideas as classes are not collaborative. Lots of spare time & not much to do in the area without transport. Living conditions are simple but the host is welcoming. the host (organiser) Keen to connect volunteers with hosts for a collaborative experience. It's the start...but they have good values & vision. Enjoyed the extra curricular activities.

Hello Natalia,

Thank you for your incredible contributions so far. During your time as a volunteer, you have done amazing work, such as teaching children English, touring the area with the mini train, participating in turtle conservation by releasing baby turtles into the sea at Serang Beach, swimming in Amber Springs, hiking to Pertapaan Hill, and conducting charity activities with orphaned children. You have been outstanding in supporting our program.

We apologize if there were any inconveniences, as we are still in the early stages of our program. We are committed to improving day by day.

Wishing you all the best, Natalia. Don't forget to be happy 🤗😘
