Program Details

We’re looking for someone with previous hostel experience (ideally in a chain) to join our small team and assist in managing daily operations. This is a long-term volunteer position (minimum 4–6 months) where you’ll assist with managing volunteers, guest communication, check-ins/outs, and maintaining a smooth operation.
You’ll live on-site in shared staff accommodation and work closely with our manager, bringing your own ideas to help us improve the hostel experience.

This is not a position for a first-time volunteer. We want someone reliable, proactive, and genuinely passionate about hospitality and shared living. If you’ve been on both sides of the reception desk, we’d love to hear from you.

Activities & Shift

• Supporting the manager with check-ins/outs and guest relations
• Coordinating and managing volunteers
• Keeping shared spaces tidy and organized
• Helping with daily problem-solving and maintenance coordination
• Occasionally jumping into housekeeping or events if needed
