- Supervising daily work of construction workers
- Organizing and purchasing building materials
- Solving logistical problems and preventing delays
- Communicating with suppliers, managing inventory
- Following renovation plans (we’re also open to your ideas and improvements!)
- Keeping construction progress aligned with deadlines

Activities & Shift
🌍 Why Slovakia?
Located in the heart of Europe, Slovakia is an underrated gem — rich in history, nature, and authenticity. It's affordable, welcoming, and ideally placed between Austria, Hungary, Poland, and the Czech Republic.
By joining us, you're not just helping with a renovation — you’re taking part in a creative revival of forgotten architecture and helping build something sustainable, soulful, and long-lasting. You’ll be making a tangible mark on a country that still has room for dreamers and doers.
🛠️ Activities and Shifts
Weekly schedule: approx. 50 hours across 5–6 days (some flexibility required)
- Work is mostly on-site coordination and supervision rather than physical labor
- Expect a mix of independent tasks (material runs, logistics) and team interaction (guiding workers)
- Start and end times depend on project stage, but usually follow standard daytime hours
- Role includes frequent driving, occasional weekend oversight, and fast problem-solving
- You'll have access to a car and mobile connection to support your work
- Shifts are generally full-day, with breaks coordinated by you based on task priorities
