The experience

Hello !
In June (from the 9th until the 20th), we will welcome in our Hostel in Braunwald, Switzerland, a group of Brazilian women who want to discover Switzerland.
They would also like to learn a bit of Italian and discover the Swiss culture, which is why we are looking for an extra volunteer : One person that speak Italian.
The work is mainly kitchen related, housekeeping, making a 2h workshop about Italian and enjoy the Swiss moutains.

What you offer

25 hours of help per week

Kitchen Hand: Help prepare, finish and serve meals.

Shared Dorm: You will have a bed in a shared room, which means you will share the same room with other travelers.

Team Dorm: You will have a bed in a shared room, which means you will share the same room with other people.

Dinner: You are entitled to a free dinner, every day of your stay.

Fluent Italian and Intermediate English

Over 18 years old

Welcomes solo volunteers, couples, and partners of volunteers

Program Details

The hostel is in Braunwald, Switzerland (the name is Adrenalin Backpacker Hostel).
We offer food and accomodation, Braunwald is a wonderful place, no cars are allowed in this Alpine village, you have a beautiful view and a lot of hikes are possible.

Activities & Shift

Here are the main tasks of the volunteers :

- Kitchen assistance : Helping our chef to cook and helping to clean the kitchen after breakfast lunch and dinner.
- Housekeeping : Maintain the place tidy, clean the common area
- Having one day a 2h workshop about either the Italian language (just one time).

You will work between 4 and 6h a day, and have one free day a week.
