Maude and Swan has both souls. It was my first experience with this app and I am happy that it was them whom I have encountered. I loved the view of the home while we were working. And can't forget the river, everyday after work, don't forget to swim there, it is great! Thank you for welcoming us. You should live this experience tooo

I had a great time volunteering here, without a doubt one of the best experiences. Maud and Sawn made me feel at home; they are very kind and admirable people, as are the children. The work isn't hard, you learn new things, and the hours are very convenient. As well as I had the opportunity to practice my the home. Besides, the place is beautiful, with incredible views, and the local people are very friendly. I would definitely go back.

Maud and Swann very flexible, fun and patient with volunteers and teaching the technical parts of the job. They also took us to nearby towns for fun sometimes. Work hours were from 7am-12pm to avoid the heat and they respected those hours. Private rooms, lunch and groceries were provided to make our own meals for breakfast and dinner. We were many volunteers so the exchange between volunteers was a great part of the cultural exchange as well. It's a very small town so it's really a time and space to enjoy the nature (swimming the home river, playing football, table tennis).

Unfortunately world packers only allows for a 5 star rating... this experience deserves 10. The hosts Maud and Swan are very accommodating, generous, worldly and interesting people who make a huge effort to ensure the volunteers are well and enjoy their stay. Without a doubt this is one of the best experiences on the wp platform.

The best volunteering I've ever had, the tasks can be kinda scary at first, but the hosts explain pretty well what you have to do and you get used to everything, it turns into a really fun job actually Also, having others volunteers with you is the best to understand and share knowledge about other countries too The communication between me and the hosts was something really important imo, since this was the key to improve my job and abilities, it allowed me to understand what I can do better and their honesty is very helpful

I really enjoyed my time in La Souche, it's a special little town filled with lots of life. The work was not too difficult and Swann made it really easy to understand. Maud is a fabulous cook and is so generous. And the best part was cooling down the home beautiful river after. Also I meet some incredible people here. I'll definitely be back the home years to come :)

This volunteer experience was one of the best we had. Since day one we felt welcomed and shared a lot of great memories with other volunteers and with Maud and Swann. The work was not always easy but everybody can do it. Swann never expected too much and the working atmosphere was a good mix between fun and focus. the home summer there is also a little lake the home river which is great to cool down at hot days. I highly recommend this volunteer experience to everyone. I will keep La Souche and the family of Swann and Maud in best memories!

La Souche, my summer experience I loved the most. Maud and Swann are the sweetest people, kind, patient and open. I don't know anything about the home a house but Swann explains everything to you and you learn step by step. We had a little coffee break the home morning and nice chats, Maud cooked delicious lunch for everyone. We spent the afternoons with cards, reading, football and swimming. It were the right people to the right time and place. I am so grateful and will keep La Souche and the people I met in my heart. 🫂
