I had a great time volunteering at this hostel in Durrës! The manager, Antea, is incredibly friendly and welcoming — not just with volunteers but also with guests. She made me feel at home from the start and was always fair and respectful about the working hours. One of the best parts was the opportunity to meet other volunteers and travelers from all over the world. The atmosphere is super social and relaxed, and the location is perfect — close to everything you might need. Breakfast was a lovely bonus, prepared daily by Mira. Even though she doesn't speak English, she's very kind :)

I absolutely loved staying at this hostel! Antea is a beautiful soul and I made so many new friends either it was other volunteers guests or locals. It was still a start of the season when I went so there weren't many organised activities but theres a lot to do around, the location is perfect. The tasks are very easy, basically just reception and a bit of cleaning, so its definitely not a hard job! I recommend anyone interested to go 1000% and I hope to return soon!

My stay here was amazing! Antea is a superhero 🦸‍♀️!! They allow us to stay with Rruga, my rescue puppy and it really felt like a big family with the other volunteers. The whole team was great. The place is very nice, super well located. Working hours are well respected as well. Everything 10/10 I'm sure anyone coming here are really going to enjoy their stay. Thank you so much for everything! We love you !!

Volunteering at the hostel was my first time volunteering at a hostel. Antea is really nice and explained everything I needed to know. When I had a question, I could always ask her. The work itself was very easy, especially because of the low season. I spent my free time with my fellow volunteer, exploring the city or enjoying the beach. The hostel is right in the center so you can not only explore that, but also visit other cities or sites during your days off. It is a great opportunity to meet new people and have interesting conversations with people from all over the world.

Antea makes everything better! Her commitment with the hostel and with the volunteers made my experience way better :) The hours of work were very respected and also very flexible! The volunteer was easy, we basically needed to help with the reception, and keep the hostel clean.

Fue una linda experiencia colaborar en el hostal. Las tareas son sencillas, esta cerca de una pequeña playa. Mira y Antea son muy amables. El equipo de voluntariados con los que trabajé también fueron geniales. Gracias por todo 💜 les recomiendo este voluntariado!
