Build a High-Tech Artistic Haven in a 17th-Century Barn
The experience
We are transforming a 17th-century stone sheep barn near Nice into a world-class artistic retreat. This isn’t a standard hostel gig; this is a high-performance project for people who want to build something iconic.
We combine the rough with the smooth: heavy construction and technical landscaping by day; pianos, pool parties, and tennis matches by night. We are looking for a squad of proactive, energetic people ready to work hard for paradise.

Program Details
A DAY IN THE LIFE: WORK HARD, LIVE WELL We don’t do boring routines, but we do have a rhythm:
The Morning Run: Grab a scooter at sunrise and race down to the village for fresh baguettes.
The Fuel: Barista coffee, team breakfast, and the mission briefing.
The Grind: We split into squads (Construction, Landscaping, House) and get to work.
The Reward: Communal lunches, afternoon tennis tournaments, pool sessions, or winter movie marathons.
The Nights: Jam sessions on stage, stargazing by the fire, or sleepovers on the sailing yacht.
Activities & Shift
We are in a high-intensity build phase. You don't need to be a pro (we will teach you), but you need to be ready to work.
Construction & Landscaping (The Heavy Lifting)
The Woodwork: Constructing a high-tech Padoek wooden deck and a custom outdoor bar.
The Land: Engineering plant communities, preparing substrates, and planting out the grounds.
The Stone: Restoring walls and masonry work.
House & Operations
The Standard: Keeping the living spaces, pool area, and common rooms impeccable. This isn't just "cleaning"—it's maintaining a high-vibe oasis.
The Kitchen: If you can cook for a hungry crew, you are royalty here.
The Hustle: Material runs, logistics, and general support to keep the project moving.
THE DEAL: We don’t expect perfection immediately, but we demand focus, grit, and a "figure-it-out" attitude. If you bring the energy, we’ll give you the skills and the lifestyle to match.
We love general volunteers with good attitudes, but we are actively headhunting for specific talents. If you have experience in any of these fields, put it in your subject line:
The Trades: Woodworkers, Carpenters, Masons, Electricians, and Mechanics (we have machines and tools that need love).
The Techs & Engineers: Civil Engineers, Structural Engineers, Sound Technicians, and Avionics/automotive pros.
The Designers: Architects, Landscape Architects, Permaculture Designers, and Interior Stylists.
The Organizers: Project Managers, Logistics Coordinators, Chefs, and Event Planners.
Even if you are an amateur or a student in these fields—if you have the passion, we have the project.
Rules
We don’t have long rules.
Max Effort = Effortless Flow: When everyone pushes, everything feels effortless.
Don't Be a Passenger: There is no maintenance staff. You are the staff. If you see a problem, fix it.
Zero Drama, All Solution: Things break. Plans change. We don’t complain; we fix.
