What an amazing place to start our experience! Stephan and Kim were very welcoming, caring and positive towards their project! I had such a beautiful time, from helping in the kitchen, general maintenance , amazing food from the amazing chefs. I did not travel much when I was in Germany, because this is what a needed! A space to reflect, work, talk, enjoy the company of the chefs and the organizers Stephen and Kim! I would highly recommend using the bikes to go for a nice ride, local lakes, and beautiful local ice cream! This place will always hold a special spot in my heart! Thank you!

Neupitz was our first experience as volunteers and we couldn't ask for a better start. Stephan and Kim made us feel like home from the beginning, they were supportive, and truly cared about creating a positive environment for everyone. Tasks were easy to manage and well explained, which made the work stress-free. We usually worked 5 hours broken up during the day, which gave us plenty of free time to explore, rest, or just enjoyed the beautiful property. We're so grateful for this opportunity and would absolutely recommend it to anyone looking to volunteer, travel, and grow.

This was an incredible experience, I really liked being a volunteer in Neupitz, you learn a lot of useful things and the work place is really beautiful The days that I stayed there were almost no guest, so my work was mainly in gardening and helping with other tasks, but it was really nice and comfortable The food is strictly vegetarian, so if you want some meat products you will have to buy them for yourself, anything else it's covered It's an experience I would love to repeat given the chance.

I had very good time in Neuptiz. Unfortunatly there was no guests during my time volonteering so I didn't work with hospitality but gardening and general maintenace of the house. We were free to organise our timetable what allowed us to enjoy as much as we could our free time at the lac and around. Stephan and kim are super kind and made me feel at home. I'm grateful for this beautiful experience!

THE BEST WORKSTATION TO WORK AT IN THE WORLD! After spending 6 weeks there, I can say with certainty that in Neupitz I reinvented myself, discovered new fears, conquered old ones, practiced my English, my broken German, and learned so much about life and German culture. I'm incredibly grateful to have discovered this place, among the best boss, Stephan, the best staff member, Kim, and the best volunteers! The energy in Neupitz is amazing, along with the town and its surroundings, the people, and the ease of getting to Berlin (just 30 minutes by train, wow!). Volunteers, just dive deep into it.

I truly recommend volunteering in Neupitz! The place is beautiful surrounded by nature and Stephan and the team were so kind and welcoming to me that made me feel at home. The schedule is flexible if you communicate openly with them, but the tasks changes depending if there are guests or not. With guests, you'll help during meal times and without them, you might work in the garden or with general maintenance. Also Berlin is just 30 minutes by train, so it's easy to visit on your days off. Grateful for all I've learned and experienced here. Thank you for everything Stephan, Kim and team!

Stephan and the team are very nice and welcoming and the instructions of the tasks are clear. Good food and plenty of time to enjoy nice view around the neighbourhood & the lake. Just to note that the working hours are mostly around meal times, before & after breakfast/ lunch/ dinner. Overall, it's a great experience and also kinda a retreat to me! Super und Vielen Dank!

The experience didn't match the listing. It wasn't mentioned that shifts would be split, starting very early and ending at night, even though we had breaks. Hours exceeded the 5 per day stated, and the schedule affected rest and travel plans. Meals were strictly vegetarian, which wasn't communicated and didn't suit my dietary needs. I left early but respectfully. I hope this feedback helps improve clarity for future volunteers.

Thanks for your feedback about vegetarian food, I will update our profile.

In our call, I clarified that daily hours may fluctuate, but will not surpass 30 hours weekly. For any split shift concerns, I wish you'd brought it up, as we'd always easily resolved such situations by changing shifts.

Leaving for a "day trip" to Berlin, saying "See you tomorrow," and then not returning - without ever expressing any dissatisfaction in person - can't be considered respectful.
