Neupitz: Offsites and Retreats

We are a new place with a large vision. We want to be a place that inspires people. A place that teams or individuals come visit for a few days or weeks, and leave it recharged and inspired. We are just in the beginning, but are dedicated to make this place truly special.

We are a small team of warmhearted and hardworking (ex-) Berliners. Kindness and genuine connections to our volunteers and guests are very important to us.

I already miss the Neupitz family - Stephan and Eileen are such lovely, open-minded, caring people and are such a pleasure to work with. I had the most interesting conversations and really connected with the team and other volunteers, it’s nice to be in nature and with people who share your values and are working on an inspiring business. Everything is impeccably organised, work is balanced between busy and quieter weeks, you can learn new skills and see diverse organisations who stay here. I’m sure this will be my most impactful volunteer experience:)

Neupitz is a beautiful location. The food is phenomenal. And Stephan is very excited for you to help out and try new tools. Hours are fine unless there are many guests. Then days will consistently be long hours with minimal breaks. The area is quite peaceful. It was great meeting all the people who work/volunteer there.

This was my boyfriend's and mine first experience with Worldpackers and it couldn't be better! Stephan, the host, is a very kind and organized person. Hours and tasks were flexible (it may happen that some days you work more, but then have more time to rest in other days).
The location is very good: 20 minutes by bike-even less by bus-to the train station. It is also 20 minutes by car to the airport, but 1 hour by train (in the arrival we had to go by train, and to go back he brought us). There are a lot of relaxing activities such as sauna and kayak in the lake.

What an amazing place to start our experience! Stephan and Kim were very welcoming, caring and positive towards their project! I had such a beautiful time, from helping in the kitchen, general maintenance , amazing food from the amazing chefs. I did not travel much when I was in Germany, because this is what a needed! A space to reflect, work, talk, enjoy the company of the chefs and the organizers Stephen and Kim! I would highly recommend using the bikes to go for a nice ride, local lakes, and beautiful local ice cream! This place will always hold a special spot in my heart! Thank you!

Neupitz was our first experience as volunteers and we couldn't ask for a better start. Stephan and Kim made us feel like home from the beginning, they were supportive, and truly cared about creating a positive environment for everyone.
Tasks were easy to manage and well explained, which made the work stress-free. We usually worked 5 hours broken up during the day, which gave us plenty of free time to explore, rest, or just enjoyed the beautiful property.
We're so grateful for this opportunity and would absolutely recommend it to anyone looking to volunteer, travel, and grow.
