What you offer
25 hours of help per week
Cleaning:
Help clean the kitchen, bedrooms, bathrooms and common areas.
Housekeeping:
Help with changing the bed linens and general housekeeping.
Reception:
Help with check-ins, check-outs and guest assistance.
Gardening:
Help grow plants and cultivate gardens
What you get

Shared Dorm:
You will have a bed in a shared room, which means you will share the same room with other travelers.
Tent:
You will sleep in a tent at a camping site.
Breakfast:
You are entitled to a free breakfast, every day of your stay.
Lunch:
You are entitled to a free lunch, every day of your stay.
Dinner:
You are entitled to a free dinner, every day of your stay.

β‘οΈ Arrival Day: Welcome guests, show them around, and make them feel at home.
β‘οΈ Retreat Week:
Help clean up after brunch
Pick up fresh bread from the local bakery
Keep yoga hall, dining area, and common spaces tidy
Support guests & care for the garden
β‘οΈ Check-out Day: Assist with laundry and cleaning the retreat space.
πΏ When Retreats Are Not Running (1 week on/1 week off system):
Cook your own meals (kitchen provided)
Help with general cleaning & garden care in preparation for the next retreat.

Rules
Please carefully read the RULES that apply within this place and which you will be asked to comply with conscious attention.
1. Smoking and alcohol consumption are prohibited within Almashala and its surrounding
areas.
2. A strictly vegetarian diet is observed (no meat, fish, or cured meats).
3. Speak with love and respect toward yourself and this place.
4. If you are unable to join the classes from 6:30 to 10:00 and from 17:00 to 19:00, please maintain absolute silence to respect those who are practicing. Ensure you arrive at least 5 minutes before the start of classes and activities.
5. Keep the spaces assigned to you clean and orderly. Everyone is responsible for washing their own plate and contributing to the cleaning and care of the space.
6. Respect separate waste collection.
7. Phones and PCs inside Almashala must be kept in silent mode with no vibration (you may use earphones). Calls should be made outside. We encourage you to minimise the use of electronic devices during your stay.
8. Leave your shoes outside the external temple. No phones are allowed inside. Do not touch the altar, and make sure to close the doors when you leave.
9. In the morning, please be considerate of others' sleep (use your alarm in vibration mode).
After 10:00 PM, absolute silence is required.
