What you offer
25 hours of help per week
Kitchen Hand:
Help prepare, finish and serve meals.
Cleaning:
Help clean the kitchen, bedrooms, bathrooms and common areas.
Housekeeping:
Help with changing the bed linens and general housekeeping.
Administration:
Help with booking systems and payments.
What you get
1 day off per week
Shared Dorm:
You will have a bed in a shared room, which means you will share the same room with other travelers.
Free Laundry:
You can use our laundry room freely.
Bikes at your disposal:
You can use our bikes any time you want.
Pick Up:
We will pick you up when you arrive, and take you to our property.
Use our equipped kitchen:
Feel free to use our kitchen and make your own delicious food.

Program Details
The duties of the front desk include checking in and checking out procedures for guests, explaining hotel facilities, and providing information on guest rooms.
Work at the restaurant hall includes delivering food, explaining and selling alcohol, etc.
The volunteers can stay in Atami Kamitaga 530-4, but need to work at Atami, Shōwamachi 7-1, Izuno Umi
Activities & Shift
Service period: The shortest service period is 2 weeks, and the longest is no more than 6 months.
Daily working hours are 4 hours, and 1 day off per week.
Job assignment: front desk, concierge, assisting with check-in, information consultation, activity recommendation, restaurant service and cleaning, special catering culture explanation, room cleaning and glass window cleaning.
Rules
1 Core principles: Comply with hotel service standards, maintain the hotel's image, respect multiculturalism, and prohibit conflicts with guests. Emergency situations must be reported to the manager as soon as possible.
2 Basic guarantees: Free dormitory and kitchen facilities.
3 Value-added benefits: Participate in internal training (such as service etiquette, first aid skills), and those who have completed the service period and are excellent will be accompanied by a letter of recommendation.
4 Code of Conduct: (Prohibited Behavior) It is prohibited to disclose hotel internal information or guest privacy. It is prohibited to use guest items and guest public areas. It is prohibited to drink alcohol or carry prohibited items while working. It is prohibited to enter unopened areas at night.
5 Etiquette Code: Dress neatly and in accordance with job requirements. Take the initiative to greet guests and keep smiling. Chatting, making loud noises or using mobile phones are prohibited in public areas.
6 Application and Entry and Exit Process: Application steps, submit resume + motivation letter to the hotel mailbox.
7 Sign (Volunteer Agreement) and participate in pre-job training.
8 Early termination of service: A written application must be made 15 days in advance.
9 For serious violations (such as theft, fighting), qualifications may be terminated immediately. Handed over to the local police.
10 Safety and Responsibility: The hotel provides safety training and emergency plan guidance for volunteers.
Please keep your valuables by yourself, the hotel is not responsible for any loss.
11 Supplementary Articles: The right to interpret these rules belongs to the hotel’s Human Resources Department. Volunteers must sign a confirmation letter before joining the company.
