The experience
**Reception Volunteer Job Description:**
- **Greet Guests:** Welcome guests with a friendly attitude.
- **Check-In/Check-Out:** Assist guests with their check-in and check-out processes.
- **Answer Queries:** Provide information and answer guest inquiries.
- **Administrative Tasks:** Handle basic administrative duties like answering phones and emails.
- **Maintain Area:** Ensure the reception area is tidy and presentable
What you offer
30 hours of help per week
Night Shift:
Help with night shift tasks and create a relaxing environment for guests.
Administration:
Help with booking systems and payments.
Reception:
Help with check-ins, check-outs and guest assistance.

Shared Dorm:
You will have a bed in a shared room, which means you will share the same room with other travelers.
