The experience

We are looking for someone who may want to stay long term and could convert to a paid position. This position would compliment the local management with a focus on improving and maintaining the hospitality and guest experience. Daily tasks would be to inpsect the cleanliness and maintenance of the property and direct the volunteers to ensure all guests reservations and communications are upkept. Must know Cloudbeds/Canva/Google/Social Media.


What you offer

30 hours of help per week

Tour Guide: Organize and lead tours around the city.

Administration: Help with booking systems and payments.

Reception: Help with check-ins, check-outs and guest assistance.

2 days off per week

Requirements

Intermediate English and Intermediate Spanish

Over 25 years old

Welcomes solo volunteers, couples, and partners of volunteers

Program Details

This position could convert to full time (paid). We are looking for someone who can stay long term. You would get you own private room and daily breakfast. We need someone who is autonomous and communicates well. Weekly meetings with the owner and local managers will direct you on priorities and opportunities to pursue the following week.


Activities & Shift

Flexible on shift but expect for you to be in control of the other volunteers and to stay on task.
