SOCIAL BUTTERFLIES ONLY!

We are looking for a fun, outgoing person who is genuinely interested in meeting people. Someone who can confidently speak to & lead large groups.

Your role is to help create a lively atmosphere for our guests. As you have a passion for social media, your primary role is to create content for our social media accounts ( make reels, take daily photos). You will be required to have your own camera.

What you offer

25 hours of help per week

Photography: Take, edit and provide amazing photos.

Video Making: Create, edit and publish digital videos.

Party Promoter: Help organise and promote parties and social activities.

Social Media: Maintain and update social media channels.

3 days off per week

Requirements

Fluent English

Between 21 and 30 years old

Only hosts solo volunteers (doesn’t accept couples or partners)

Flights, Travel Insurance, Internal Transportation and Visa

Welcome and Interact with guests
Socialise with guests to maintain a friendly atmosphere.
Promote, lead and animate the hostel's social events

Creating content for social media:
- Post stories
- Create reels on Instagram and TikTok x2 reels a week
- Take daily photos during your shifts with your camera

Help assist where needed if asked by a receptionist.

We are looking for someone who is:

Fun, outgoing, young, and sociable.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently
Ability to organise and run events.
Proactive, organised, and a good team player.
Ability to assist other team members when needed

Activities & Shift

You will lead and or assist

x4 activity shifts

During these shifts you will obtain content to aim and create a minimum of one reel per week (ideal two reels).

We will require photo content to share online also
