The hostel is very big, they are a Franchise and it looks like a Hotel to be honest. The main floor, reception, bar and common areas are really nice, and at our disposal. The working hours is respected and the manager is very open and warm. The breakfast is served at 11am, so you need to adapt your schedule. If you are in your shift during this hour, you have the free time to go and eat. Also if you're planning to stay long, be aware that the washing machine is available only at late night and the kitchen is super small and it needs to be shared with guests. The localization is great and safe.

I had the pleasure of volunteering at this hostel and I can honestly say it was an amazing experience. The hostel is located in a quiet area, well connected to both public transport and various restaurants, making it super convenient for exploring the city. The atmosphere inside is incredibly welcoming, thanks to the team of people working there who are always helpful and ready to make your stay even more enjoyable. It's a place where you can have a unique experience in a fantastic environment full of opportunities. Highly recommended!

My experience was amazing at the hostel. Near the hostel it have a good grocerie store. Almost in front of the hostel there is a point where you can take the train. The working hours are respected and it's divided between breakfast, bar and cleaning. The staffs are also very polite and willing to help. Gabriela always helps you with a smile on her face. She helped me a lot. Jan is an easy-going person and always helps you. He is very funny! And last but not least. Aline, who is super nice person, always willing to help. She has a great vibe. I would definitely recommend the hostel!

During the weeks I sept there, I got to help with different tasks, which keeps things from getting boring or repetitive. All the task are simple and don't require any previous experience. Lama and the reception team are really kind. As a volunteers we can eat from the breakfast buffet ones it closes for the guests. The tramp stops right on the same street and takes you to the city center in about 15 minutes. There are several supermarkets within a 5-minutes walk, offering different prices ranges and options Thanks for everything 🌻

It was a nice place. Safe area you can move easily in the city (tram, metro, train station...). The team is nice if you need something you can ask them they do their best to help you. The schedule is respected. I will recommend this place if you want to discover Germany for a month.

It was a good first experience in the hostel. The hostel is not located in the city center but you can go there on foot or by tram which is right in front of the hostel. In terms of missions, you can do cleaning, hold the bar, help with breakfast or check the rooms. The schedules are respected and all volunteers are housed in a dormitory with bathroom. We are entitled to breakfast at 11am. You can cook in the kitchen. It is an experience that I could recommend.

This was my first experience with Worldpackers and I had a really great experience! The dorm was comfortable and clean and the host was always friendly and welcoming. I worked the bar shift which was fine, most nights it was very quiet, but the tasks were easy and if there was nothing else to do you could go on your phone or do other things. I didn't really get many opportunities to practise German as most of the guests spoke English, but being in the hostel was a great base to explore Germany. The food and the people were nice and I would definitely recommend the experience :):)

I had an incredible two-week volunteer experience at the hostel in the hostel through Worldpackers. From day one, I was warmly welcomed into the team and felt like a valued member of the family. The tasks I took were varied and engaging, including working at the reception, assisting at the bar, helping with maintenance, and preparing breakfast. This variety ensured that no two days were the same, and I enjoyed every minute of it. The work was balanced, allowing me plenty of time to explore the vibrant city of the hostel and immerse myself in its rich culture. Thank you Alina & Team

It was my first experience with Worldpackers, and it was awesome! I got to practice my English (and a bit of German too), met a lot of amazing people, and had plenty of time to travel and visit other cities. The staff was super nice and helpful. Aline was flexible with my schedule and really supportive when I needed it. The tasks were chill: bar or breakfast shifts. I had an amazing experience in the hostel and can't wait to go back!
