The experience

We are looking for passionate and creative volunteers to join our team and assist with media, social media, and event coordination. As a volunteer, you will have the opportunity to contribute to exciting projects, help promote events, and engage with a global audience through various digital platforms.

What you offer

25 hours of help per week

Photography: Take, edit and provide amazing photos.

Video Making: Create, edit and publish digital videos.

Party Promoter: Help organise and promote parties and social activities.

Social Media: Maintain and update social media channels.

2 days off per week

Shared Dorm: You will have a bed in a shared room, which means you will share the same room with other travelers.

Free Laundry: You can use our laundry room freely.

Bikes at your disposal: You can use our bikes any time you want.

Only hosts solo volunteers (doesn’t accept couples or partners)

Program Details

ONLY for Volunteers with a Working Holiday Visa in Japan.

We are looking for a motivated and creative volunteer to help us with media, social media, and event support. As a volunteer, you’ll assist with promoting events, creating content for our social media channels, and helping with event logistics.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with managing and creating content for social media (Instagram, Facebook, etc.)
- Help promote events through posts, photos, and videos
- Support event preparation, including setup and coordination
- Engage with social media followers and respond to messages or comments
- Assist with taking photos and videos at events
- Help with general event administration and attendee management

Activities & Shift

You will be working 5 days a week and will be on shifting schedule.
The schedule will be discussed in during the interview.
