Help with Llamas, camels and other animals at our farm in Germany! 🐪🐕‍🦺

Manfred and Sabine usually always provided a meal they prepared for you. Sometimes you are on your own to cook, which is nice sometimes. It was a nice thing for them to cook the meals and share dinner time together. There were a few time I was insulted for not doing something because I do not normally work around farms, or I was using my own mind to think about my tasks. The animals are amazing. They have unique personalities. Bring slippers and warm clothes in the winter, the house is not heated, unless you heat your own room and don't leave. Don't hit the horses.

I am really shocked about this review. You stayed with us for six weeks, we accepted all your personal differences to us or others and accepted that you did not do all the tasks that we wanted you to do. Well, I guess you need a host who let you do your thing instead of following clear guidelines. But as a host you need to be strict if you have always different people handling your animals. Wishing you and your next host a good experience together.

If you love animals then this is the place to be. I already have experience on a farm but there's always new things to learn. Be prepared for real farm work the tasks are cleaning the animals and feeding them We start in the morning and finish when all our task are done . We always had lunch and dîner together like a big family. Manfred and sabine cooked good meals and meat from the farm. The lamas are adorable and it was a nice experience to go on a walk with them. Be prepared to fall in love with the cats.

Foi uma das experiências mais enriquecedoras que tive como meu primeiro voluntariado. Manfredi e Sabine são pessoas incríveis e fazem com que os voluntários se sintam em casa e confortáveis. O trabalho é simples e poucas coisas mudam, o horário de trabalho é ok também. Se você tem alergia a poeira e animais eu indico você repensar pois o meu maior problema foi que não consegui cumprir com o combinado da data porque fiquei muito doente por causa da minha alergia pq deve escovar os cavalos, pôneis e os burros. Eles fazem comidas ótimas e são acolhedores. Obrigada por tudo.

Es mi primera vez en Alemania y la experiencia fue increíble! Sabine y Manfred son muy buenos anfitriones, te hacen sentir parte del hogar desde el minuto 1 y se los agradezco. Nos llevaron a distintos lugares que reflejan la cultura y tradiciones de Baviera. Respecto al trabajo, exige esfuerzo físico pero nada de otro mundo, se aprende rápido y le agarras el ritmo. Fue una experiencia enriquecedora conocer y conectar con cada uno de los animales y sus distintas personalidades. Si también te gustan y no te molesta su cuidado y todo lo que conlleva lo disfrutarás! Espero volver ⭐️
