It is the perfect place to have a lot of fun but it is also a place where you can learn a lot if you make it happen. From the work of bartender, receptionist and housekeeper to how to fastly manage unexpected situations. You'll never want to leave once you get there ;) Thank you for everything !

This was my second experience using Worldpackers and it couldn't have been better. The staff and the others volunteers were so welcoming and really make me feel like home. The tasks were pretty easy, I worked in the hostel bar, learned about bartending and also had fun. The Cph the hostel is a cool place to stay, very central to visit Copenhagen, and perfect to meet a lot of people from all over the world because of the many activities that every night organize. Overall, I'd recommend this experience. A great hostel. Thanks for having me!

In my case I had a nice relationship with the general manager (Isabella) who gave me this opportunity and I didn't have any problems with her but some of the workers at this hostel they should improve their attitude (specially one)... They should try to be more friendly with the people and create a better atmosphere at work... The experience was nice, it is a good opportunity to learn more aspects about how to manage a hostel and gaining more experience with bartending, teamwork and more social tasks.

The Hostel experience was really nice. I met a lot of people in and outside Hostel. I just have a one of claim. The idea of participate in a voluntering is obviously help the Hostel, but we are not employees to do the hard works, but all of the rest part of this experiences was a really nice. I was able to improve my english, and I feel so happy with my achivement. One of the best thing is ride bicycle and reach a lot of wonderful City. Copenhagen is the Best place ❤️🌷 and my new friends in the Hostel made me feel like a part of family.

Isabella is a friendly and funny host, she is like a friend so you can ask or talk about anything, she can be flexible. The hostel is a very busy hostel so the work load can be a lot and long hours can be required, So you will need to be motivated and proactive volunteering when working at the hostel is a amazing city definitely worth visiting Thanks Isabella :-)

The job was too hard to be a volunteer job, many hours and unflexible. The bedroom was disgusting, dirty and messy. Anyways the other volunteers were so nice and I made great friends.

Im very confused as the being unflexible as we changes the whole scheduele around for you while you were there and also all volunteers can swap as they like ;)

This was my first experience on worldpackers/workaway and I just feel lucky that it was such a great one. In one month I made friends, I explored copenhagen and it's surroundings, I learned about bartending and I had the time of my life. Totally recommend it for someone who is thinking about doing something like this and also likes to party! For starters, Copenhagen is an awesome city and you'll never be bored. Second, the work here is great: I had 3-4 days off per week and the bar and it's environment is sooo fun :D Isabella is a great host!! Thanks for having me, I'll never forget this!

Estar em Copenhaga foi definitivamente uma grande experiência e a cidade tem bastante a oferecer mas ficar neste hostel talvez não tenha sido a melhor decisão, o quarto que nos atribuíram não era suficiente para acomodar 6 pessoas, estava sujo e desarrumado desde o dia que cheguei e as limpeza do hostel simplesmente não limpava o nosso quarto, no existe uma trabalhadora que até hoje não sei se é manager ou worker mas ela era péssima, fazia-nos fazer tarefas que nem os próprios trabalhadores faziam, era mal educada e nem se esforçava para falar inglês com os seus voluntários.

Shared volunteer rooms can feel a bit lively with people from many countries and habits, but that’s also what makes the experience fun, social and super international! Our team is multilingual, so sometimes small misunderstandings happen, but this mix is part of our charm. Tasks are fairly shared and we remind everyone to keep the space tidy.
