The experience

We're looking for a helpful volunteer to work with our media team and produce some amazing-looking content. We have most of the video files coming from GoPros underwater so we're looking for these skills:

Knowledge and skills in creating & editing short-form content,
Skills on Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, and/or CapCut,
Ability to advise divers on what footage to take,
Passion for post-production processes, mainly color grading.


What you offer

20 hours of help per week

Video Making: Create, edit and publish digital videos.

Social Media: Maintain and update social media channels.

3 days off per week

Team Dorm: You will have a bed in a shared room, which means you will share the same room with other people.

Requirements

Fluent English

Between 19 and 80 years old

Only hosts solo volunteers (doesn’t accept couples or partners)

Flights, Travel Insurance, Internal Transportation and Visa


Program Details

We provide shared dorm accommodation, 3 meals a day from our vegan restaurant, free yoga sessions with the team, free freediving where there is space and have a team working on events and fun!

We also have teams of local staff working, of which we would like you to join the media team.


Activities & Shift

Flexible, but you will need to work with our staff the first week or so to learn the job. After that, a few hours a day with a couple of days off a week. It's a relaxed work environment.


Rules

- Respect other guests, staff, and fellow volunteers at all times.

- Be on time and committed to your tasks.

- No excessive drinking (except for pub crawls 😉).

- Smoking is allowed, but please be respectful in shared spaces.

- We aim to maintain a positive, healthy environment, so avoid any disruptive behavior.

- If you need time off or want to travel, just let us know 3 days in advance so we can plan accordingly.
