The hostel was a fun and super welcoming hostel to volunteer in. Everyone was so friendly, super easy and relaxed. The owner Nico was there everyday to meet and greet all guests and always had suggestions of places to check out, what's safe and not safe, etc. As volunteers we had a nice room of 6 bunk beds with enough space to put our belongings. Everyone worked all 3 shifts. Morning, afternoon and night shift. We all were able to experience the tours, hikes, free dance classes, fun activities inside and outside of the hostel. I would 💯 recommend. Thank you so much for the opportunity!

Very nice experience. Juan Fernando and Nico are very good hosts, friendly and welcoming. The atmosphere in the hostel is great and it was a pleasure to connect with other travellers and volunteers. I appreciate a lot that the hosts were flexible and understanding when my plans changed and I left earlier than the usual volunteer time (2 vs. 4 weeks).

I had a wonderful experience in the hostel. It has a very welcoming and lovely atmosphere and the location is also very advantageous. You get a detailed introduction and get support from all sides. It is also very nice that you have five colleagues- which makes it much more fun! The Hostel offers free dancing classes, organises activities and tours for the guests and the volunteers are also invited to participate and get advantages (for example: discount on the chiva- definitely a must do!) I had a very good time and would definitely recommend it.

Such an amazing place to volunteer! The hostel staff and guests are all lovely, the work hours are very fair, and you get to enjoy the best Cali has to offer. Highly recommend!

I had an amazing time at the hostel! The hostel is very much 'family oriented' and not a party hostel, which makes it the perfect place to connect with other volunteers and travelers while learning salsa and dancing a BUNCH! In my experience each volunteer worked three 8-hour shifts per week, which is great because it lets you have tons of time to explore Cali and dance!!! It's also a great place to practice Spanish as most of the staff are Spanish-speaking. The facilities are super nice and the location is perfect. Muchas gracias the hostel!!!!

Absolutely an amazing experience!!The hostel is cozy, friendly, welcoming.The owner is a very cool guy, the administrator is very friendly as well and the ladies that are working are awesome.Everyone willing to help and guide you, always on your side and are very fun. The neighborhood is very good next to a almost everything.The ambient is cool and friendly. I liked very much the dance classes.They organise activities for the whole hostel, guests and staff, and all together can go do something like a big family or a group of old friends. If i ever go back to Cali, that's the place i would go!

This was my 7 experience with worldpackers and it was one of the best! the Nico and José have a great energy very authentic fun people they help make it a great experience! I recommend it for everyone!

Ha sido una experiencia inolvidable! La buena onda entre todos los voluntarios, el liderazgo de Nico, las tareas claras, el respeto hacia cada uno y hacia nuestro trabajo, la seguridad que se nos brindó para efectuar la labor... Podría describir muchas cosas más, pero solo decir que fue una experiencia inolvidable. Sin duda volvería a repetir la experiencia, y recomendadísimo 100% para cualquier otro viajero!

El hostel me recibió muy bien y se siente como familia formar parte de esta hermosa comunidad. Las condiciones del voluntariado están muy bien, ya que te permite tener mucho tiempo libre para aprovechar de todo lo que te brinda Cali y su rumba. Nico ha sido muy amable conmigo y me hizo sentir parte del hostel desde el primer minuto, como buen argentino que es.
