Staying at the hostel was a wonderful experience! The team was super welcoming and it was a pleasure to work with everyone. The work itself is straight forward: making beds, cleaning guest rooms, bathrooms and common areas. Previous experience is not needed, everything will get explained well. Accommodation is a small room with one bunk bed, no sunlight. When shared with another volunteer, you really need to mange the little space as best as possible. Lucky, I had a fantastic roommate. That was a big win :) Definitely recommend. Thanks for everything \(^.^)/

It was a wonderful experience! It's a fun job to do, you get to meet people from all over the world, the location is amazing, and you have plenty of free time to explore the city. The private room is great. Joon and Lucy are very attentive and always teach you everything you need. I highly recommend it!

I had a great experience working at the hostel. The team was good, job was easy and I'll especially miss Lucy, Jun, Ben and Marie. The hostel itself was clean, well-organized and had a welcoming vibe. I enjoyed interacting with guests, and it was easy to see why people loved staying there—comfortable rooms, great facilities, and a prime location. Overall, working there was a fantastic experience, and I highly recommend it to everyone. I wanna comeback again :)

Volunteering at the hostel was one of the best experiences I had. Work was very similar to jobs I had before as receptionist so it was super easy to learn. Got to meet some amazing guests and explore the city together. There's so much to do in Seoul ! The host and the manager of the hostel are very approachable and always happy to explain if I had any questions. Overall it's a truly rewarding experience, super recommend 😊

I would totally recommend volunteering at Lucy's Hostel. I had a room completely for myself. After two days of showing me how everything work's I was able to do the tasks on my own. I really enjoyed helping and in general talking to the guests and exchange experiences with them. If I had any questions or an emergency occurred I could always contact Lucy and she would help me out. Also had enough free time to explore the city of Seoul and make weekend trips or day trips.
