I highly recommend volunteering at ARA Hostel! The tasks are clearly described , and hours well respected ,it's basically housekeeping, which leaves you with plenty of free time to explore and enjoy the city. The staff is super friendly and always helpful. accommodation isn't very big but if you get along with your roommate, it works just fine as you only share with other person. The location is also perfect close to everything you might need. And hostel has 2 kitchen that you can use too. Thank you so much, Yun! I really enjoyed the past month and I'm grateful for the experience.

Ara hostel is a really wonderful place ! The manager is really nice, adaptable and explain everything when it's necessary. I liked that the schedules are fixed in advance and do not change every week. The hostel is well located, the colleagues were so nice too ! The work load is good and vary everyday. The shared room is good, a bit small, but it's really correct, you can stay in the common part also. My roommate was amazing so no problem for me :) I do totally recommend ! Thank you so much for your welcome !

Staying at the hostel was a wonderful experience! The team was super welcoming and it was a pleasure to work with everyone. The work itself is straight forward: making beds, cleaning guest rooms, bathrooms and common areas. Previous experience is not needed, everything will get explained well. Accommodation is a small room with one bunk bed, no sunlight. When shared with another volunteer, you really need to mange the little space as best as possible. Lucky, I had a fantastic roommate. That was a big win :) Definitely recommend. Thanks for everything \(^.^)/

It was a wonderful experience! It's a fun job to do, you get to meet people from all over the world, the location is amazing, and you have plenty of free time to explore the city. The private room is great. Joon and Lucy are very attentive and always teach you everything you need. I highly recommend it!

I had a great experience with the housekeeping team. The work was simple, the team very friendly, and the host professional and kind. Once you finish your tasks, your shift is done, which is really nice. They're also very flexible with schedules, which I appreciated. The only small downside is the shared room, which can get a bit humid due to the small window, but overall it was a really good experience and I enjoyed my time there.

Working at the hostel was a great experience! The hostel is lovely and the work was easy to learn and not too difficult at all. The hostel staff is very kind and helpful so it was pleasant work. The hours for the front desk job are a bit long and I didn't meet too many other travelers in a social manner but other than that there aren't drawbacks to the experience! The hostel is in a great spot in Seoul that makes it easy to get anywhere else in the city. Overall a good experience!

I had a great experience working at the hostel. The team was good, job was easy and I'll especially miss Lucy, Jun, Ben and Marie. The hostel itself was clean, well-organized and had a welcoming vibe. I enjoyed interacting with guests, and it was easy to see why people loved staying there—comfortable rooms, great facilities, and a prime location. Overall, working there was a fantastic experience, and I highly recommend it to everyone. I wanna comeback again :)

Volunteering at the hostel was one of the best experiences I had. Work was very similar to jobs I had before as receptionist so it was super easy to learn. Got to meet some amazing guests and explore the city together. There's so much to do in Seoul ! The host and the manager of the hostel are very approachable and always happy to explain if I had any questions. Overall it's a truly rewarding experience, super recommend 😊

I would totally recommend volunteering at Lucy's Hostel. I had a room completely for myself. After two days of showing me how everything work's I was able to do the tasks on my own. I really enjoyed helping and in general talking to the guests and exchange experiences with them. If I had any questions or an emergency occurred I could always contact Lucy and she would help me out. Also had enough free time to explore the city of Seoul and make weekend trips or day trips.
