Noli is such a beautiful, charming little town and Eliana made a lot of effort and was really welcoming, inviting us to dinners, snacks and to events in town!! The work varied a lot based on the project we were doing and some of it left me feeling really exhausted, as well as there was an instance I feel like wasn't the best handled. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay and met lovely people!

My experience at the farm was very fun. I met tons of great people. Eliana is very welcoming and accommodating, as well as listens and provides advice. The tasks/dayswere challenging at times and often left myself and volunteers exhausted at the end of the day. She cares about everyone's wellbeing and health. There were a few situations after work where I felt she handled not the best towards other volunteers. She is a person who has strong beliefs. As this was my first volunteering, I can't compare to others. However, I do see myself coming back in the future to visit Eliana and the farm:)

Thanks for your Feedback, i have my idea because I dont like drunk people (not you) that they came to a pubblic evening in town and make me ashamed of what they behave

My experience in the farm could not have been better. I truly recommend this volunteering for the beginners as me who might be a little bit afraid of travelling alone for the first time. The tasks that we have to complete are very different from one day to the next one, and they can be or pretty relaxing of really challenging, but Eliana explains how we are supposed to do the stuff and usually she is supervising us so as long as your are open to learn new things it will not be a problem that you don't have experience.Noli is a lovely place and Eliana always makes sure that everyone is alright

The location of the place truly has everything you can wish for: beautiful beaches with clear blue water, a picturesque little town with incredible gelato, focaccia and coffee places and hikes right next to the place. Eliana is incredibly welcoming and she will teach you many things: from life lessons to difficult chores. Sure the work can be physically demanding but it really feels awarding afterwards and you learn to do atypical things like building a path, cementing or planting that I'm sure is always useful to know. Thank you Eliana!

I'm grateful for the opportunity! ❤️🥰Eliana is a kind host, always interacting with volunteers and making us feel welcome, inviting us to dinners and trying to help us in any way she can. The house and Noli are beautiful! It was just during work hours when I sometimes felt uncomfortable with the way we were asked to do things — I felt an authoritarian tone or lacking in appreciation for our efforts. I understand running a place is stressful, But I say this to try to collaborate for better communication, change something for the next time and for future volunteers to be patient and know it.

Hi Nerina, Thanks for explain this. I think sometimes is due as we speak in english and is not my first language. The use of words may look harder and moreover is also my luck of vocabulary. So I hope you understand that I respect and love my volunteer and as you said (thanks) try to help as much as I can .. but luck of vocabulary can make hard to explain.

I enjoyed my experience at the farm so much! I loved Eliana so much and made you feel at home. The work was tough and very physical so be prepared for that. But I loved my whole time here

Eliana is a wonderful host, she makes you feel right at home from the moment you meet her, and there was never a dull moment. She respects the agreed upon time commitments very well, and communicates any changes in the work schedule with the volunteers regularly. She takes you in like family and, if you are willing, will introduce you to locals and take you to events in town. I never felt pressured to do anything I didn't want to, and had a wonderful time exploring Noli in my free time. The work is very fair and very rewarding, and it's a place you want to return to once visiting.

Where do I even start. My time at the farm was one of the most fulfilling experiences of my life. Eliana is one of my most incredible people I'll ever meet, and did so much for both me personally and for all the volunteers as a whole. We enjoyed sharing stories, making pasta, tiramisu and listening to music. The work hours were always followed as agreed upon, and the work was manageable. I created so many life long memories, and made some amazing friends. I'll always hold this experience close to my heart and will definitely be back soon❤️ It really is a home away from home, a special place:)
