The Share

We volunteer only 4 hr a day and we are on the seaside. Very easy to get to 2 little towns nearby 10 min walk by a white track. 40 min to Genova Airport, 2,5 hr to Nice South of France, 2,5hr to Torino and 3 hr to Milan. 2 hr to Cinque Terre.
PREFERRED ARRIVAL TUESDAY after 4pm. Working from wendsday to sunday (monday and tuesday off). Who arrive in other days work 5 days and after 2 day off (no matter which day are). Volunteers hours (from 1st march to october 30 from 4pm to 8pm, winter 10-2pm)
You share room with others volunteering (2, 3 or 4 in the room).
We guest 6/7 volunteets at the time, in winter max 4.
PLEASE BRING WORKING GLOVES, OLD JEANS AND OLD T-SHIRTS.
IMPORTANT: There is a washing machine but you can do it only 1 a week on sunday
We are at the seaside, but pls bring warm cloths and rain jacket and swimming costume
MEETING POINT: Spotorno-Noli train station (preferable from 12 to 2pm or after 4pm no more than 10pm, please) - Also departure time I can give you a lift to train station from 12 to 2pm and from 4pm to 10pm
HOW TO GET HERE:
Near airports : Genova (40 min away), Torino-Turin (2hr away), Nice - south of france (2,5 hr away), Milan (4hr away)
From Airport you can take a train to Spotorno-Noli
Flixbus: if you travel with Flixbus the nearest station is SAVONA and from there you can take a 15 train to Spotorno-Noli

we treat volunteer as part of the family, I had 4 years of Volunteer in the family and we enjoy to share italian culture, like to prepare handmade pasta or gnocchi once a week and share our type of culture. In summer 2 bedrooms (max 6/7 people) with full kitchen and 1 bathrooms, to share between workawayer. The area for workawayer is not of the host, so you need to keep clean your room and kitchen and bathroom out of the volunteer hours) In winter 1 bedroom max 4 people It is not a rental but a workaway place so place is very simple. As we ask only 4 hr a day we offer continental breakfast (milk, coffee, tea, jam, bread butter, eggs) in exchange for 4 hours a day of help, 5 days a week. ONE NIGHT of the week I cook for dinner. Concerning Lunch and dinner you have a place were to make it yourself and you can buy your own food in town supermarket or cheap Eurospin and lidl We ask help on cleaning ground (also move stones) can be eavy sometimes. Gardening vegetable, so move soil, turn soil, Cleaning the parts of the home that need to be clean, move furniture when need it. We are creating water channels so need to prepared. Painting, cutting branches, cutting grass, and all need for the veg garden and prepare other land for future cultivation.
