-Our project is based on permacultural ethics of care: care of the earth, care of the people, care of the future.
We communicate through NVC, we use sociocracy to make decisions, we avoid blaming, screaming and judging. We using instead sharing how we feel, propositive and positive language.
We base relationships on transparency and trust.
We're working daily to build and re-build our gender equality system.
In the same way we believe in diversity, avoid comparison and competition and
celebrate unicity.
