I had a great experience volunteering at the hostel! The tasks are easy and there is lots of flexibility in terms of shifts and days off. The manager Polina is such a wonderful person, she received me with open arms and is always there to help when needed and makes sure we have a good atmosphere beetween all volunteers. The hostel is in a perfect location, so you can walk almost everywhere in Palermo. I would definitely recommend this experience in the hostel!

I had a great time at the hostel. The host and other volunteerd were really nice and it was a nice vibe in the group. The location of the hostel is very nice. The hostel it self has a very nice kitchen and the bathrooms and showers are good. If you want to stay in Palermo and work in a Hostel, i would for sure recommand the hostel!:)

I had an amazing experience volunteering at the hostel! The work is not hard and there is lots of flexibility in terms of shifts and days off. The manager Polina is very welcoming and always there to help you when you need. The hostel is in a perfect location so you are able to walk pretty much anywhere in Palermo. Overall, I would definitely recommend this experience!!

Polina is a great manager, she is always ready to help with the hostel tasks and not only, she creates very positive atmosphere in the team. The tasks are easy and we often finished earlier. There's much time to explore Palermo and Sicily, definitely recommend :)

Polina is an amazing boss and an even better friend. From the start of my time in the hostel I was treated with respect and kindness, and working alongside her was easy and fun. Sleeping conditions are really good in staff room, location is perfect, work is easy and working hours and shifts respected. I learnt a good bit of Italian here. Ihad an incredible one month in Palermo, I met a lot of beautiful people and created many friendships. I got to see a lot of Sicily and I will cherish this time in my life forever. Julieta, Adelina and Margaux, see you around guys ❤️

Thank you for your work in hostel.
I definitly recommend Dawid as he always proactive, responsibile and trying to resolve everything.
He mostly worked for evening shifts and never complain about late check-ins (almost jajajajajaja).
Very good teammaker and respectfull to colleges and property.

Super good vibes at the hostel ! I unfortunately had to leave earlier than expected for work. Ellom, the manager, is a truly beautiful soul and makes you feel at home instantly. Tasks are exactly as described, nothing difficult, the schedules are fairly distributed amongst us. Right in the city center, very close to the train station & everything you might need to explore the city during your free time. The only thing you should have in mind is that the hostel is not brand new, some things could be improved and the equipments are what they are, but if you're ready for the ride, you'll have fun!

My experiencie at the hostel was great, I had such a good time and I made a lot of friends! Although the hostel has some things that have to be fixed (like the electricity, which also affects the running of the water sometimes), the work is pretty chill and you have a lot of free time to travel around. Anyways, it was a good experience and I felt like at home, the other volunteers became my family. So, if you are expecting a 5 stars hotel, I don't think this is for you, otherwise, go for it!

It was a good experience, the work was easy and there was enough time left to see palermo. A lot of things didn't work properly (wifi, electricity, ac, water) and the guests were complaining daily. The staff room is small and also dirty but the other volunteers were nice and you get to know lots of people from all over the world. Despite some problems with the infrastructure, the overall experience was great and I would recommend it.
