This experience was simply perfect. I never thought I'd enjoy life in the countryside, especially with back problems, but I loved it. Carole, her family, and the team are amazing. I formed real bonds and made lifelong friends. I discovered a passion for agriculture, learned to live with people from different backgrounds, and grew more empathetic. Working here made me smile every day. If you love challenges and are ready to step out of your comfort zone, GO FOR IT YOU'LL LOVE IT!! I'm so grateful thanks champs the farm vers luisants

I had a wonderful experience at the farm Luisant. Carole is a very kind and understanding person who genuinely cares about the well-being of her volunteers. The work was not too strenuous, and I felt I had the perfect balance of work time and free time. Although the farm is quite remote, there are many things to do just staying in, like ping pong, board games, and even riding the donkeys! I made great friends and learned many new things about farming and local culture. This was my first volunteering with Worldpackers, and I couldn't have asked for a better one. Thank you so much Carole!

I had a very good and meaningful experience. It was 20 days of a lot of learning, where I learned many things that were different from my reality. Carole is an incredible person who does everything she can to help with everything. The tasks are done as requested, I had no difficulty in carrying out any task. The landscape is stunning, marked by green fields and beautiful houses. I would definitely recommend this place to other volunteers. Thank you for everything! It was a pleasure to be part of this story. 👏🏻👏🏻🙌🏻

The experience of living on a farm and growing our own food was good. Carol and her family were friendly, the view from the farm is very beautiful. This was our first experience eating vegetarian food and it was incredible. Some details to mention are that the ingredients that are used to cook regularly meet rotten parts. There are some extra tasks that have to be done that do not count within working hours. Sometimes you will have to feed the donkeys or close the greenhouses on your days off. Also, keep in mind that it is learned in practice; there are not many explanations.

Carole's farm made me meet some fantastic fellow worldpackers, as well as get to know the people who lived and worked there. The work that was given to us was very comfortable and intriguing to do, with no overly-demanding jobs while I was there. The place is filled with things to do like board games, ping-pong, piano, guitar, donkey-riding, nice routes to take the bikes on, and a very welcoming atmosphere in the house. The food that we ate was very good, but sometimes felt limited when it came to the ingredients and their variety. Overall, a fun, relaxed, and memorable experience to recommend

Carole was a good host and provided a nice home and food. Although it should be noted that the only vegetables available were the ones in season and this made cooking tougher than usual. The hours were a bit more than agreed upon due to additional chores that weren't counted. Other than than, the farm was a lovely place with picturesque landscape and cute animals to interact with

This was my first experience in traveling and with worldpackers and I absolutely enjoyed it. Carole is a really nice host and will take good care of everything. You can always ask her for help or advice and she will always explain it nicely to you. The working hours were respected and fair. It was a really nice stay and I would recommend it to everybody. The only negative aspect one might see is that you need to drive at least 25 minutes by bike to get to the next bigger City (sarrebourg). So if you are a City person it might be not the perfect place for you. Thank you Carole for the stay!
