The hostel was everything I was hoping for and more in a volunteer experience. The four owners Gerrardo, Edward, Paco and Kender really welcome you into the family from day 1. They even went out of there way to include me in family and social activities that they did together. This is really this best hostel that you possibly volunteer at in Puerto Viejo. It is pretty easy to adapt to how things operate as far as the work side of the exchange. You will meet tons of people and live the time of your life. Find out what it means to live the hostel!

Cada the hostel is one of the best hostels I have stayed at and I am so glad to have been able to volunteer with them in Puerto Viejo! The community is amazing, with the owners being welcoming and friendly, and meeting the most amazing people from around the world. Not only is the hostel a home away from home, but Puerto Viejo is so rich and beautiful, embracing the carefree style of the Caribbean and the pura vida of Costa Rica. There is so much to do around the area, and there is plenty of time outside of the working hours to try it all. Thank you Edward, Pito, Paco, and Kender for everything!

Puerto Viejo es un lugar increíble con un ambiente súper mágico! El equipo del hostel es muy amable y servicial. El trabajo era el esperado y se cumplen las horas que se dicen. El hostal cuenta con aire acondicionado y baño privado para los voluntarios. Ambiente joven y actividades diarias en el hostel. Muy recomendado!

Mi experiencia en el hostel estuvo genial, es un hostel con mucho movimiento y actividades. Disponen de bicicletas para voluntarios que te permiten usar en tu tiempo libre para disfrutar de Puerto Viejo y sus increíbles lugares para conocer, tanto el personal como los dueños siempre dispuestos a ayudarte y escucharte. Un lindo ambiente para compartir y disfrutar

Me sentí muy cómoda con el intercambio, estuve en recepción del clan hostel, que está anexado a CasaWolaba, las intalaciones son muy bonitas lleno de plantas y animales locales, hermosa piscina y la cocina está bien completa con utensilios y electrodomésticos. Aprendí mucho en recepcion, el sistema con los voluntarios a cargo de Antonella es super organizado y muy buen trainning de parte del staff fijo del Hostel. El dueño siempre atento para ayudar. Estoy contenta de haber mejorado mi inglés y aprendido sobre hotelería. Cómo eran 3 días libres y las mañanas libres pude disfrutar mucho!

Fue una experiencia muy linda. El trabajo no es complicado, Puerto Viejo es increíble, y como voluntarios tenemos bicicletas a disposición, lo que hace que recorrerlo sea mucho más fácil taylor y los demás dueños fueron muy amables

Puerto Viejo tiene algo que te atrapa. Las instalaciones y el staff fueron increíbles pero sin duda alguna lo que mejor me llevo de esta experiencia es el super equipo de voluntarios. Ellos hicieron de mi estancia algo inolvidable, sin duda alguna lo recomendaría a cualquier persona. Repetiría una y mil veces lo que viví en el hostel.

El hostel te abre las puertas a vivir el caribe en toda su esencia, la gente que hace el hostel y sobre todo la amistad que se crea con los demás voluntarios, huéspedes y locales, es lo que va hacer que la experiencia sea única.Las tareas son fáciles y amenas, tienes mucho tiempo libre para disfrutar la zona y explorar :) Ojalá volver pronto!
