Volunteering at the host was honestly a great experience! We would usually work a few hours every evening but the work was very enjoyable and easy! Would definitely recommend for someone that wants to explore the area and meet new people.

Great volunteer experience. Very welcoming and wonderful team, in a great area. The work and every night karaoke can be exhausting, but it was always good fun, and the evening hours allow you the whole day to explore the town and local area. Great way to meet international volunteers, as well as locals. The provided accommodation is great and spacious, and the provided food is always delicious. I would highly reccommend a volunteer experience here

My experience at Rutsic the host was so nice, I felt welcomed from the first day, everything was communicated in a good way, Darya was amazing, she made sure that everyone is okay and everything is understood, she is very flexible and friendly and made things way easier for me, I would recommend volunteering there as you get to work with locals and learn some bartending skills

I had a truly amazing time here at the host. Everyday it was busy packed with travelers and good vibes ! I was the bartender for my time being there and was taught a lot by the owners. Darya and Yum you will forever stay in my heart ! Miss you ! We worked in shifts every evening with a day off a week. Food was provided non stop and I surely gained a few pounds with their delicious cooking skills and gigantic plates !!! Everything in reach when need in Tam Coc. For a sometimes busy yet chill and calm volunteering, with a sweet home, go apply here !

My week at the host was a really good experience!! All the people working there are really nice and you will easily feel at home. The job is nice and easy and hours pass quite quickly. You will mainly work waitressing in the evenings, so be aware you will finish the shift late. The rest of the day you can enjoy Tam Coc and all the surroundings, which is really nice. I would definitely recommend spending some time in this place!! Really thankful for the memories <3

Volunteering at the host was a really great experience! The staff is absolutely lovely, working together with the most welcoming and kind people made the time fly during our stay. The work itself is really easy and the live music aswell as the karaoke makes it really fun. It does get quite busy sometimes and it can be exhausting but its all worth it for the joy you have while working. the host is an amazing work environment and the vibes are great there in general. We met lovely people during our stay. Would love to come back to the beautiful tam coc and work in the host!

Just an amazing experience in the host. I felt like at home, I met a new family and I became a new person while learning and enjoying here. You are Always with other volunteers so it's very easy to make friends, and Darya, Ehsan and Nhung are amazing people you cannot forget about. I'll be back !

This was my second volunteering experience. Even though there are no comparisons, I am sure it was the best. The environment, the work itself, the good energy of the place, the hosts. I felt like I was part of a family. The work itself can be very busy when the host is full, it demands a lot of energy. But at the same time, the fun is guaranteed. I was treated very well there, the volunteers' rooms are comfortable and the food is delicious. I learned a lot, and I will definitely never forget what I experienced at the host. I'll be back for sure.

The host crew are amazing and have so much energy. First time doing something like this and had so much fun! Great food, lodging and location as well - had plenty of time to check out local sights before starting work in the evening. 110% recommend :)
