Rules
🚫 Volunteer Rules – Cultural Consideration for Unmarried Couples
Due to cultural and religious norms in Indonesia, especially in more traditional areas like Kampung Inggris, we kindly ask that unmarried couples do not stay together in the same room or housing 🕌🙏.
This rule is not intended to discriminate but rather to respect the local values and expectations of the community. As volunteers, your presence represents global openness, and showing sensitivity to the host culture helps build stronger, more respectful connections 🌏❤️.
We appreciate your understanding and cooperation 🌿.
