Volunteers @ Best Hostels in Seoul

I spent a month and a half volunteering at the hostel Hotel in the hostel, and it was truly a great experience. From the start, the manager was incredibly understanding and supportive, always eager to help us out even when we occasionally ran into a bit of a language barrier. What really stood out to me was how much he genuinely cared about the volunteers - especially when some of us got sick. He went out of his way to make sure we were okay, even buying us medicine and checking in regularly. That kind of care made all the difference and created a welcoming environment that I'm really grateful for.

I had the best 2 months here. The guests and managers were so nice and I got to learn so much~ The tasks were an easy job and the working hours were short so I could go explore the city the rest of the day. I'm forever grateful to everyone here and can't wait to already come back~

I volunteered with my friend at the hostel near Deoksugung palace. We hadn't any expectations but it really was an excellent experience. The owner and the manager are really kind. The manager is really funny person, responsible and understantable. I hadn't any problem in the commumication with him. Even though I was a little bit older than the other volunteers we clicked fast and also spent quality and funny time together. Made a lot of memories. It absolutelly depends on the person, but I think that you won't make a mistake if you volunteer. :))))))

AHH it was a great time! Hyeon-du was very kind in the Myeongdong location, and the accomodation (sharing a room with one coworker) was very comfortable! So many perks came with the job, and the work was VERY doable. I was a bit scared going into it as it was my first volunteering experience with worldpackers but everything was convenient and doable! I am very happy i took the leap to join the hostel team for a month and a half and I really truly recommend it as its well located and comfortable as a living and working space

I loved my experience, the hostel is super close to the main street of Myeongdong, the staff members are super friendly and help you in everything, the work is really easy to do if you organize yourself well, the food is super complete and I made very nice friends and without a doubt I would volunteer here again🫶🫶🫶

I stayed for almost 2 months and it was the best experience ever. I just came back and I know I'll come back again. It was like living and working with friends. The tasks were not complicated. And I'll miss everyone so much. We also had really good lunches. I had plenty of time to explore city after work. I definitely recommend.

My experience at the hostel (Jongno) was positive. The location of the hostel is ideal for getting to most of the tourist sites in the hostel by just walking. On lunch days I tried different Korean foods. The tasks are clear and usually the team at Jongno headquarters divides the tasks effectively in terms of time and work. The manager is very friendly and always makes you feel comfortable.
