I have no words to describe how wonderful the experience was. Tomasso is an excellent host—very kind, attentive, and patient when explaining the tasks. The work is easy and short, with variety that makes it fun, in addition to the beautiful connection with nature. The farm is very peaceful, the atmosphere is beautiful, and Tomasso and his people are truly great. You can talk about many topics with him. There is also plenty of free time to relax and enjoy. I recommend it 100%! I arrived tired and left full of energy and joy. Thank you, thank you, thank you!

The experience in this wonderful place has been exceptional. From the moment I arrived Tommaso has always been willing to provide the necessary guidance and help that is required. He is very aware of your well-being, as well as providing you with clear instructions for the work to be carried out. He is very respectful and collaborative. You can see the love he puts into everything he does in this place. In short, it is a great place where you not only learn a lot about animal care and planting but also connect with nature.

This was our first Worldpackers experience and we can't ask for a better one! It was a friendly relationship between the Worldpackers and the host and the teamwork was really pushed. Tommaso was always understanding and helped us with any small problems and questions that we had. We got together every lunch to exchange and talk about our days, which was very lovely. We felt welcomed immediately by all the coworkers and the great host! You can take a break if you want at his farm and explore nature or visit the city near by (by bicycle) and even bigger cities, such as Milano :))

It was a wonderful experience working and staying here. The place was beautiful, clean, and welcoming. Tommaso really made sure we had a great experience on the farm & gave us great recommendations for the local area & each city we visited on our days off. The expectations and job tasks were well communicated & there was excellent structure. We always knew which days we had off and the hours very consistent. I genuinely had a lot of fun volunteering here, not just because of type of work but also all the people. My absolute favorite part was that I got to cook we harvested ourselves

Wow, it was a really great experience! The work was easy and the hours were reasonable. I had my own private room which was absolutely lovely. I enjoyed the fact we always ate lunch together on the weekdays. In the evenings we could cook whatever we wanted and all the volunteers ended up eating together:) The nature is lovely and there are bikes you can use to go to the town. During the weekends it was easy to go on trips to other cities in Italy and I even went to Lugano! So many amazing animals, good structure and lovely people. Thank you for this experience and for being a welcoming host🌱

Living and socializing at the farm was one of the best experiences of my life, Tomasso makes us feel at ease, teaches and shows everything how it should be done, has a great affection for everything and offers unique attention to the volunteers, in addition he has a Dabo, who is a great collaborator on the farm and who helped me a lot, I learned a lot about caring for the environment, partnership, culture, traditions, cuisine and we had a very sincere and friendly coexistence between everyone in addition to all the incredible comfort and food. I was fascinated by Mula Ivana Mascot.

The experience was great ! We were welcomed so well ! The dishes the host cooked us each day were incredible. The surroundings of the farm are fulfilled with fauna and flora. In addition we could experience outstanding landscapes down to the ticino river at only 15 minutes by foot and much less with the bike they lend to Travelers. The village in Abbiategrasso is also very cute and full of surprises again by bike it's very convenient (do not forget the keys in your bag lol) The work is very rewarding since achievements can be easily noticed and it is not exhausting neither endless. Go for it !

I had the most amazing experience with Tommaso and Giulia at the farm! They were super friendly from the beginning. They showed me my room, the bathroom and the kitchen. We ate lunch together, and for dinner they got us anything we needed. Tommaso was very accommodating with the work hours, and oftentimes we didn't even do the full 5 hrs a day. It was very chill work, aswell. Overall an amazing experience, and I can't wait to come back!!

What an awesome time I had at the farm!!! Tommaso and Giulia are amazing people that make you feel welcome. Giulia cooking is amazing 🤩 one of the many things I'll miss. Tommaso is very helpful, flexible, communicative andof course he also have excellent cooking skills. The work is done in the morning so you have time to explore in the afternoon or focus on your own thing. I learned a lot about sustainable agriculture from Tommaso, he's always ready to clarify your doubts. I'm sure I'll miss this place and its habitants and I hope I can go back soon to do it all over again! Thanku 🙏

This stay at Caschina the farm couldn't have been any better. Tommaso is a great host, welcoming, who loves to share his culture and knowledge. He is always available to give advice and help out at any time. His sustainable and successful way of managing a farm is truly inspiring. As of the work, we experienced plenty of different daily tasks and discovered a lot about agriculture. Not to mention the delicious and local meals we enjoyed every lunch. I could only recommend Worldpackers interested in discovering and participating in a bio agriculture to go at Caschina the farm :)
