Program Details

It's a very light job but it's necessary to keep your post along the shift, even though sometime, nothing is happening.
We ask volunteers to be friendly with guests, but also professional.
It's important to keep in mind that they are guest before anything else.
We need people that care about the place, if there is a plastic bag on the floor, I would be glad if volunteers pick it up by themselves instead of waiting for someone to ask them. It's a very easy job, you only need to care.

Activities & Shift

During your shift you will have to do the check in or check out, monitoring the room's cleaning advancements and check it afterwards to make sure everything is fine. Making sure we have enough towel and bedlinen. Check if the kitchen is clean, if we have enough water, talk with guests and make sure they are happy, ...

Rules

-We have a curfew at 11pm for volunteers and guests. It's the job of the last receptionist to make sure everyone clears the space. They can go to their room or outside only.
- Our kitchen is vegetarian, we ask guests and volunteers not to cook meat or fish there.
