My experience at the hostel was amazing. The team is outstanding, very helpful and everyone makes you feel like home. Salome always makes sure everything is right and she also took her time to organize a great Christmas dinner among volunteers and guests with secret Santa and everything . She also organized pizza nights, game nights just to make our stay even more pleasant. the hostel is just amazing!

Wallet was stolen first day. I was told the cameras were not working.Later I was told by host I was coming in too late at night and she was watching me (via those same cameras). The place has lots of mold. I got tonsillitis and severe psoriasis here after two years being clear. When I told the host about this they told me there was no mold and that I was partying too much. I do not drink or use drugs so this accusations is completely false. I was given no days off for 12 days and asked to work 5 hour days (not the 4 that was agreed upon to start). I do not recommend this experience at all.

Cora.We are the ones really dissapointed on your performance and your review. Twisting all our conversations and agreements. You reported your wallet was missing IN LESS THAN 1 HOUR of your arrival and we even helped you calling to the bus company to try find it. We offered you support and flexibility even when NOT SHOWING UP to work for two days. We even changed the schedule AT YOUR REQUEST to travel. I have evidence to support this and at least 3 witnesses to prove this is all misleading info.

Un Hostel hermoso con un equipo impresionante. Abril y Chris son excelentes personas que te ayudan en todo momento y hacen todo lo posible para que te sientas bien, son generosos y flexibles con los horarios y siempre le meten buena onda para que los días se llenen de magia. Sin duda que lo recomiendo. Me llevo amigos para toda la vida!!!
