The experience
Join us in Ha Tinh Vietnam, and help teach English to children in our rural community! Facilitate our English Speaking Club, creating an immersive English-speaking environment. Enjoy the warm hospitality of the locals and explore the scenic beauty of Hương Sơn. In your free time, discover nearby attractions, visit local markets, and experience authentic Vietnamese culture. Make a lasting impact while enjoying a unique cultural exchange!
What you offer
10 hours of help per week
Social Work:
Help with volunteer work in local projects and communities.
Teaching Languages:
Teaching a language to the host, guests, or local communities.
What you get
2 days off per week
Private Room:
You will have a bed in a private room. In other words, a room just for you.
Shared Dorm:
You will have a bed in a shared room, which means you will share the same room with other travelers.
Free Laundry:
You can use our laundry room freely.
Use our equipped kitchen:
Feel free to use our kitchen and make your own delicious food.
Fast Internet Access:
High-speed internet for you to work remotely
Requirements
Intermediate English or Beginner Japanese
Welcomes solo volunteers, couples, and partners of volunteers

Activities & Shift
Two hours a day (morning & evening)
Facilitate the English Speaking Club for children, engaging them in conversations and activities to improve their English skills.
Prepare and deliver suitable content for daily 2-hour sessions, focusing on creating an immersive English-speaking environment.
Encourage and support the children in speaking English, helping them build confidence and proficiency.
Occasionally assist with Japanese language sessions if you are proficient.
Participate in local cultural activities and events, building connections with the community.
Provide feedback and suggestions to improve the club's activities and overall experience for the children.
