The experience
This is a program dedicated to the conservation of sea turtles and the fauna of our Caribbean in general, through night walks we look for sea turtles, also when it is not turtle season we dedicate ourselves to community work, beach cleaning and farming, turtle season inaourtown called Barra de Pacuare, surrounded by pure nature, here you will have direct contact with nature and the authentic Caribbean of Costa Rica
What you offer
24 hours of help per week
Cleaning:
Help clean the kitchen, bedrooms, bathrooms and common areas.
Animal Care:
Help look after and take care of animals.
Social Work:
Help with volunteer work in local projects and communities.
Farming:
Plant crops, sow seeds and help in outside tasks.

Program Details
Make transects for forest monitoring
Monitoring of mammals
Placement of trap cameras, for the collection of video data
Colecting plastic on the beach ( we dedicate most of the program on this point)
Tree sowing
Construction of a nursery to germinate trees that will serve us for reforestation
We know that protecting our mother nature is not only about knowing her, but we must also act directly to protect her through different actions, such as collecting garbage on the beach to recycle it and creating endemic nursery reforestation emission areas that have been deforested by logging or the plantation of monocultures
Turtle season is running in our Caribbean site camp from March to september, rest of the mounts we do other kind of jobs as mantainance of the camp, beach cleaning, communal jobs
