I loved every second at the hostel. All the staff were incredibly welcoming and always there to answer my questions. The work is organising and facilitating evening events as well as socialising with the guests to make them feel welcomed. So if you're an extrovert and love socialising and meeting new people, you will find the work very fun. I learned a lot and got to meet some incredible people, so I'll definitely be back! highly recommend this experience 💕

I just said goodbye and I already miss Ostellobello. I loved it and enjoyed every moment there. The key is to bring good vibes and welcome everyone who decides to stay! From board games and beer pong to picnics and BBQs on the rooftop, making friends and socializing is the top priority! So, if you're an extrovert, this place is for you. Jorgelina is amazing, always looking out for you, and if you need anything, she's got you covered. The staff is wonderful, the place feels like a true home, and the food is incredible! I'll definitely be back! Thank you for everything, love you all.

The hostel centrale was one of the best experience that I have had ever, they since the beginning are willing that ypu have fun during the time of your job, they say that you need to be the happiest guest that is in the hostel, the people who work there are just awesome, the recepcionist, the bar, the housekeepers and the chefs

I had an amazing time volunteering at the hostel. The staff is so nice and I'm gonna miss them a lot. I got to meet so many fun people, both the guests and the people working there. I hosted the evening activities which I loved and learned a lot from. I don't think you can find a better offer as a Worldpacker - honestly. This was perfect❤️

I had a wonderful time at the hostel! The workers were chill, the work was fine. Though adaptable, I thrive off of structure/organization and that's the only thing I could say needs improvement. Overall, I had a blast and Jorgelina was an amazing boss, and whatever I needed she was there. I fell ill briefly and she and the team did everything in their power to ensure I was taken care of under the OBG roof. 10/10, would recommend! I hope to visit the Florence location ASAP!! Missing the Milan location a million! Ciao!!❤️

Me encantó mi tiempo en el hostel, las tareas son bastante divertidas, la habitación es bastante cómoda, me sentí bienvenida por todo el staff y conecté con muchísima gente, el hostel dejo las expectativas muy altas para mi próximo voluntariado. La mejor experiencia, Rafael y el resto de los compañeros del hostel me trataron de la mejor manera, me sentí como en familia, aprendí mucho de la cultura local, aprendí el italiano practicando con los locales y compañeros, un lugar donde las personas se van con muchas ganas de volver. Tuve una muy buena experiencia. El ambiente es relajado, ideal para conocer gente y pasarla bien. En mi caso las tareas eran variadas: pintura, plantas, cocina, limpieza, lo que se necesite. Hay desayuno, cena y actividades cada noche. Compartí habitación con huéspedes y fue cómodo. Lo mejor: el staff y los voluntarios, gente con la que me divertí mucho y hoy extraño. Está bien ubicado y tuve días libres seguidos, lo que me permitió viajar. Me sentí muy bien recibido, como en casa :) ¡Gracias por todo!

El hostel (Milano Centrale) fue una experiencia unica, todo el staff me recibió con los brazos abiertos. Es un ambiente muy divertido y que te propone desafiarte a vos mismo. El hostel en si tiene muy buenas instalaciones y la gente que trabaja alli es divina. Me hice las actividades de la noche y los que trabajan en la barra siempre me ayudaron y me dieron consejos muy buenos. Es un trabajo que demanda mucho en el aspecto social ya que es estar con energía y ganas todo el tiempo pero lo recomiendo mucho para viajeros solos ya que es una linda oportunidad para conocer gente nueva!!
