Anandgram - A serene place nestled in nature, it's a Health & Mindfulness Centre that offers a soulful retreat. With organic farming, pure vegetarian meals, and fruits straight from the orchard, it's a haven of mindful living. Daily meditation grounds you, while inspiring programs for local school kids add heart. Meeting travellers from France, Israel, Sweden, and Indian cities creates deep connections. Anandgram is where simplicity meets peace—a space to breathe, reflect, and live by discovering oneself. Strongly recommended! Thanks.

It is a quiet place, you can appreciate India in a different way, connect with your interior during your free time and the tasks to be performed are quite simple, you have the opportunity to connect with locals and of course other volunteers.

The place itself is nice the host is also okay. From the list of things offered for the volunteers the meditation is the only one i saw happening (it seeme nice i couldnt join cause i was feeling sick). Maybe they do have more activities if u ask, but since no information was given i assumed they didn't have. The job its very heavy it didn't feel like a volunteering ...felt like a part time job that u don't enjoy. Also no breakfast is available... again in contradiction of what was offered in here. I wish all the best to everyone there. Thanks 🙏

Dear Thiago,
This is a holistic retreat center for healing and dropping seriousness. Meals are at 11 AM and 5 PM, clearly mentioned in our profile and on the notice board—you knew this. To join activities, check the board, ask someone, or talk to the admin. But you showed no interest or participation. I invited you to the temple, but you didn’t come. Even later, you stayed distant. Volunteering also means being a bit social. Opening up helps the healing.

Warm regards.

They greeted me interestingly, even sprinkled me with flower petals. That's all I can say that's good. If you work fast and well, you'll have a lot of work, like I did. They basically want you to work 5 hours, so you can do any job for a long time, even simple ones. They fed me twice a day. I left there without being there for a week, after they told me to wash their car, which I laughed at and refused. This is not correctional labor, this is volunteer work, and washing a car is not one of them.

Anton was welcomed with warmth and flowers, following the Indian tradition of treating guests like gods.

He stayed only two days, avoided most tasks, seemed irritable, and left without informing anyone.

Our kitchen is open all day, and volunteers can eat freely. The expected work is just 4–5 hours a day, yet he made no effort to contribute.

His negative review is baseless and unfortunate. We wish him well and hope life brings him more clarity and understanding.

Incredible experience I had in the Center for more than one month. I had the chance to participate first to a meditation retreat and then to volunteer. I learned a lot about meditations, healings which helped me to be more aware and present in the moment. Raman is a person with a beautiful energy who will help you to get into your real yourself, and always with love. If you want to live and learn the Indian culture, it is also a good place to experience it. Basically, I had a really good time where I could reconnect with the nature and my own God. Thanks a lot for everything ✨

Its my first time volunteering, so thats why iam being little nervous but after two days i got comfortable there. Raman is genuine good hearted person, if you have any problem, talk to him and surely he will sort it out . And Amarjeet (caretaker of farm) he is also very responsible person & hard-working guy. I created very good bond with amarjeet bcz we spent so much time during the community hours. If raman is not there you can ask amarjeet for sure. The farm is organic and so beautiful. They have so many fruits in it 🤤 . One request for raman is to add a cycle facility for market shopping 💚

Had a great experience at Raman's farm, although I had to leave early. But it was a beautiful and chemical, pesticide free farm. Raman is a understanding and great guy. Assure you he won't let you feel any discomfort there.

I had the opportunity to stay at the Center for 4 weeks. Raman and his family made me feel comfortable, as if you were part of the family. Raman taught me a lot about spirituality and meditation. There was an answer to every question. I was also introduced to an Ayurvedic lifestyle, the local culture, food and so much more. Raman explains clearly and personally with patience and is engaged. If you are open-minded and want to learn more about these subjects, this is the perfect and authentic place to do so. You can experience the natural life and work among the Fruit trees.

The place is amazing it's in between the nature. And Raman the host is amazing person he is very helpful. It needs more improvement in respect to work hours. Otherwise it's a great experience to disconnect with the noise of the city.

It's a beautiful experience to get in touch with nature and spirituality. Raman and Rabia are lovely people and they always take care of the hosts. It is close to Sodhapur, a small village where locals always welcome you with kindness.
