The experience
The hermitage designs and deploys various programs that facilitate individual searches for new ways to live new lives for themselves and new worlds for us all.
Participate in our meditation programs provide structured written or digitally recorded feedback which will be used to improve our programs and develop them further.
Those who find this work inspiring are welcome to involve themselves further.
What you offer
15 hours of help per week
Video Making:
Create, edit and publish digital videos.
Social Media:
Maintain and update social media channels.
Photography:
Take, edit and provide amazing photos.
Content Writer:
Write, edit and publish inspiring content.
What you get
2 days off per week
Shared Dorm:
You will have a bed in a shared room, which means you will share the same room with other travelers.
Breakfast:
You are entitled to a free breakfast, every day of your stay.
Yoga classes:
Take free yoga classes at our place.
Holistic Therapies:
You can take part in any of our therapeutic activities for free.
Fast Internet Access:
High-speed internet for you to work remotely

Beginner English
Over 27 years old
Only hosts solo volunteers (doesn’t accept couples or partners)

Flights, Travel Insurance, Internal Transportation and Visa
Program Details
11 am to 2 pm Monday to Friday (Weekends are off days) participation in whatever program that's running for the day and provide written or digitally recorded feedback. And keeping our social media platforms active.
What we will provide is a bed in one of our dorm rooms.
Breakfast consisting of 2 fried eggs and 2 slices of bread.

Guided Meditation- Teaching of the Stress Management Exercises:
Every Week:
- The stress management program Instructions will be given on Mondays and Wednesdays from 11am to 12:30pm. Participation in these instruction sessions at these times and giving written or digitally recorded feedback is compulsory.
- And volunteers will have to practice on their own on the other days at the same time in the meditation hall and provide the same written feedback.
- Saturday and Sundays are off days

Rules
Gates will be closed by 10pm. Volunteers intending to stay out later than 10pm will have to make their own arrangements for accommodation for the night.
