Participate in our meditation programs and provide structured written or digitally recorded feedback which will be used to improve our programs and develop them further.

Those who find this work inspiring are welcome to involve themselves further.

Dettagli del programma

11 am to 2 pm Monday to Friday (Weekends are off days) participation in whatever program that's running for the day and provide written or digitally recorded feedback. And keeping our social media platforms active.
What we will provide is a bed in one of our dorm rooms.
Breakfast consisting of 2 fried eggs and 2 slices of bread.

Guided Meditation- Teaching of the Stress Management Exercises:

Every Week:

- The stress management program Instructions will be given on Mondays and Wednesdays from 11am to 12:30pm and Fridays from 11am to 12pm. Participation in these instruction sessions at these times and giving written or digitally recorded feedback is compulsory.

- And volunteers will have to practice on their own on the other days at the same time in the meditation hall and provide the same written feedback.

- Saturday and Sundays are off days

Regole

Gates will be closed by 10pm. Volunteers intending to stay out later than 10pm will have to make their own arrangements for accommodation for the night.
