Hello, as some of you, I checked the reviews before apply to this opportunity, being my very first time in Worldpackers. The experience is the same is offered in the rol description, for someone not linked with that religion and non vegetarian, they respect everyone and at finally you get used to the food, most of the time but overall, I want to thanks again to Ramai, whose take care of the volunteers looking after us in order to have a good experience. Anything that you need, just communicate it.

This was my first voluntary experience with Worldpackers and I'm very glad I got to do it! The work is exactly as described, 6 hours daily with two days off, and it's always a different task, so it's quite fun. It's even more fun if you make friends and you get to work with them as well. The hosts were great; Ramai is a very understanding and friendly host, and KC is a great leader when it comes to skills needed in farming. It was my first time farming and I've grown to appreciate farmers' hard work and skills. I also made lifelong friends, who I can't wait to meet again.

This was my first experience at worldpackers and I highly recommend it. The host Ramai is very friendly and always asked if we were ok and if we had eaten. If you want to experience Hare Krishna culture, learn gardening skills, stay near London and at the same time connected with nature, this place is for you. Thank you Ramai and KC for the experience.

The experience at Gokul Farm was our first volunteer and we highly recommend it. The place is very beautiful and easily accessible from London via train. We got to know a little about Hare Krishna philosophy and culture, we tried different food (Indian), in some places there were fruits and breads available for the volunteers, and the hosts were always questioning whether we are ok and whether we liked the meal. In the farm work we did several things such as harvesting spinach, weeding the beans, gardening and others tasks. Thank you Ramai for this experience. We definitely recommend.

For a person like me... it is a culture shock, the treatment of people, the food, the customs. I am very happy with the experience, it helps you open your mind, to appreciate things that you didn't appreciate before. To wake up a little more. I met wonderful people, like brothers!! Many thanks to the leadership team, they are always there for whatever you need and are very friendly. The community welcomes you as one of its own! If you have any specific questions, you can write to me and I will detail them.

It was my first volunteering and I loved it, I even wanted to stay longer. I enjoyed the tasks assigned to me, work time is respected and the food is delicious, although it was difficult at first because it is spicy but then I got used to it. There I met volunteers from different countries and at night we did different activities There I met volunteers from different countries and at night we did different integration activities. Thank you very much for this experience.

This experience was incredible, always we felt in home, surrounded by beautiful people all the time. The work is really easy activities, every time in contact with the nature, normally is 6 hours per day, and sometimes is under de sun so I recommend having a cap or something to cover you. KC and Ramai are wonderful people, always willing to listen and support any need. The farm is far from the town but has a bus station 15 minutes away. We surely would love to come back whatever we can. Thanks to KC and Ramai for this beautiful stay ❤️
