It was an amazing experience! Everyone there is very friendly and though most of the staff didn't speak English, it was a great opportunity to experience local life. The nature and the views are also great and the food is unbelievable tasty! Since it's super chill and not many guests while I was there I was allowed to speak more with guests and even make new friends. Thank you Johnny, cooks, JB, Henk and Daron, I'm gonna miss you all!

This was my first Worldpackers experience so I was a bit hesitant at the start but johny and kay made me feel comfortable within in the first day. Absolutely cannot fault anyone at the hostel. I do the morning shift with kay which usually involves me relaying to the kitchen peoples breakfast orders and preparing tea and coffee, the work involved is easy going and no stress whatsoever. It's a great opportunity to meet some amazing people as well as experiencing Kampot. Cannot recommend it enough

I had really good time at the hostel. The place opened just few months ago and the work was quite easy because of the low season. It is a very nice and quite place by the river surrounded by nature and in a couple of days I felt like home. I started with two weeks, but it's almost one month now that I'm here and I'll spend few more weeks until I leave Cambodia.

If you are looking for a peaceful stay with a great view, fantastic food, laid back vibe, and a small town within a scooter rides distance, this is the position for you! The bartending and reception was very easy to learn and Onur is a good guy to work with. Connecting with local and foreign guests was a great way to learn more about the area and made my stay more enjoyable. However, the communication could have been better and working outside can get very hot. I would recommend volunteering here if you don't mind a slow paced environment and want to save some money while exploring Cambodia.

The hostel is nice and the work is really chill. There was not a lot to do because i was there off sesason. The hostel is a little bit far from the main town but perfect if you want a relaxing break. You also get 2 meals a day and the food was pretty good. Loved the puppies and the kittens. Also the team is very friendly. But the room for the volunteers needs to be approved because there is no AC and it was way too hot to sleep :(
