Buscamos voluntarios con buena vibra que quieran apoyar en el área de desayunos, colaborando en la cocina, el servicio y el orden del espacio. Ofrecemos alojamiento, desayuno, días libres y acceso a eventos y actividades del hostel.

At República Hostels Cartagena, you’ll live an authentic experience of exchange, teamwork, and community life.

We’re looking for good-vibe volunteers to support the breakfast area, helping with kitchen tasks, service, and keeping the space organized. We offer accommodation, breakfast, days off, and access to hostel events and activities.

It’s more than helping — it’s about sharing, learning, and connecting with amazing people in the heart of the Caribbean.

Activities & Shift

You'll be helping us 6 days a week from 6.30 to 10.30am so you can have the rest of the day for yourself to explore the city and its surroundings.

Rules

Las tareas están enfocadas exclusivamente en el área de desayunos: apoyo en cocina, preparación básica, servicio a huéspedes, lavado de loza y orden del espacio. No incluye bar, recepción ni actividades nocturnas.

La jornada es en promedio de 6 horas al día, 5 días a la semana, con 2 días libres. Los turnos son principalmente en la mañana, según las necesidades del equipo y la operación del hostel.


Tasks are focused exclusively on the breakfast area: kitchen support, basic food prep, guest service, dishwashing, and keeping the space clean and organized. This position does not include bar, reception, or night activities.

The workload is on average 6 hours per day, 5 days a week, with 2 days off. Shifts are mainly in the morning, depending on the team’s needs and hostel operations.
