The home and her family are truly amazing hosts. the home is the only one who speaks English but we felt welcomed by her brother and her parents from day 1 on. The family's garden is rich of local fruits and vegetables and the family mainly eats from there. We learned a lot about local farming and Vietnamnese cuisine. The tasks were easy like helping in the garden or cooking. Everyday we made small trips around the area. We really enjoyed the time here. Thank you the home!

The last week with the home and her family was incredible. We learned so much about Vietnam, local agriculture and gardening, sustainable cuisine, self sufficiency… the home's family and friends were super welcoming and made us feel at home from the first day on. We helped in gardening, cooking, building a website and painting a mural. Everything so much fun!!! If you are looking for a local experience to learn more about vietnamese culture, i would highly recommend it!! Thank you for everything the home ❤️

I start with that, really it's place is so nice ! I think this experience is the must experience to live in Vietnam. Working in the garden, Cooking,cleaning and learning with the home ? Staying at Thaos house will for sure be one of the highlights about my trip in Vietnam. The family is welcoming, the home is really great, interesting and interested in you as well, which lead to really good conversations. The work depends and goes from gardening, cooking, to cleaning and organizing but it's really enjoyable and doesn't feel like work and you get a lot of free time. I really recommend this experience if you want to see something different and a bit of the path and especially if you want to immerse in the local culture, get amazing scenery, local fresh food:) Will miss it!

We had a wonderful week staying with the home and her family. The working time was how we agreed, but it was easy and we had a lot of fun in her garden. the home cooked with us many local foods, which were delicious. We met a lot of lovely people and got a real authentic experience. The accomentation was basic but it was totaly fine for us. We learned a lot about culture, history and language as well. We hope to see you again and maybe welcome you in Germany to show you the way of living in our hometown.

We had a fantastic week staying with our awesome, beautiful, crazy, lovely, extraordinary the home. Work was very easy and fun. the home let us try about every local food and we did some trips to lakes and the next biggest city as well. We met a lot of lovely people and got a real authentic experience. Accommodation was basic but we had everything we needed. We learned a lot about culture, history and language as well. We would be very glad to return to her place someday!

We had a beautiful and unique experience with the home in her house, living a daily routine were we could enjoy, learn, relax and mostly share about our thoughts, projects and life experiences. Unforgettable place with remarkable people, I never thought I was going to be totally surrounded by a family that it's not the one I was born into and still had a belonging feeling, as if I could be myself and come back anytime. Thanks a million for all the beautiful moments and for every feast we had with this lovely family. Never change!!

This experience has been a great surprise for us. the home and his family are very kind and helpful, they welcome you from the first moment with great enthusiasm and eager to hear from you. the home is a great expert on permaculture and taught us about Vietnamese plants and trees. We ate like kings and also really enjoyed the nature around the town. It also gave us incredible freedom, you don't really work much, they want you to have a nice experience in their home in the most local way possible, which is by living with them. The home was a wonderful host during my volunteer experience in Vietnam. She was welcoming and attentive, ensuring I had everything I needed. The accommodation was comfortable, and her local insights added a lot to my stay. However, there were times when there wasn't much to do, leaving some free time. Overall, I highly recommend staying with the home for an authentic experience in Vietnam.
