We spent ten incredible days with Miyuki, Katsu and Baba. The work wasn't too demanding and we managed to learn a lot of new things. They were always very attentive and helped us with whatever we needed, from picking us up at the station to making different meals for us to try. It was an incredible experience that I recommend to everyone.

I had such a lovely time with the family! I helped out a few hours a day, mainly with the maintenance of the fields, it was simple work and everyone respected the agreed working hours per day. The best experience was getting to know the family and learning more about Japanese customs and culture. Baba cooks the best food ever! I had a beautiful stay in Yamanashi. This experience was truly a highlight of my whole trip to Japan. Spending time in the peach fields made me feel so connected to the nature in Japan. Cycling down to the shops and cafes was beautiful and so so peaceful. The whole family are so welcoming and the food is incredible. If you get the opportunity to volunteer here do it! The most incredible peaceful place I have ever been.

Beautiful workstay in Japan's countryside. I can't recommend the farm enough! Such genuine people and we couldn't have had a more authentic experience than this. We ate lunch and dinner at their floor table and spent time there everyday. They make everything fun and went above and beyond to do cool activities with us. the farm is a Guesthouse with many different fields nearby in the area. We mainly helped tend to the peach and grape fields and did some weeding at other fields. Miyuki, Katsu and Baba, thank you all for your hospitality, friendship and incredible memories. Miyuki, Katsu, and Baba went above and beyond in creating such a special stay for us. Miyuki was always coming up with ways to make our stay extra personalized and we found ourselves constantly amazed. Working in the fields with them was so rewarding and we loved learning about farm life and everything that they grow. Yamanashi is an absolutely gorgeous area filled with farms and surrounded by mountains. We made core memories in Yamanashi <3 This is the wholesome Japanese countryside experience you are looking for!

My time in Yamanashi was everything to me. Miyuki, Kachan, and Baba felt like family to me and I will cherish my memories here forever, it was hard saying goodbye. Thank you for everything, the best volunteer experience I have done so far. I wish I could stay forever, I left a piece of my heart in Yamanashi. I hope to be back again one day, especially for Baba's cooking. If you are considering volunteering here, do it. It will be the best time ever ❤️

We had an amazing experience in this place, the work was mostly in the grape fields, it wasn't too intense, fun to do and no too complicated to do, we were able lo learn things about how grape plantations in Japan work. Everyone in the house was very friendly and they welcomed us with open arms, baba cooked for us everyday and was very understanding of some dietary restrictions we have, the food was really good. I recommend a lot this place a lot if you wanna visit the country side of Japan and experience more Japanese culture. I leave with many good memories of the place and the people.

Our experience at the farm was unforgettable ! Even though the hosts can barely communicate in English, it didn't stop us from having nice shared moments. They are really kind and cook delicious food ! And you can see Mount Fuji from your room and from the fields where you work. You don't need to have any particular experience to learn farm work, which is by the way very fun and formative. We would recommend this place for having a real cultural experience and enjoy Japanese countryside life !
