Volunteering at Johns and Sara's campsite is now in the top list of best experiences I've had the fortune to live ! One of the main tasks is walking the dogs every morning (Badger, Raia, Toby who Effing loves butter and Vanilla) the dynamics of walking all of them together was truly fun and genuine. I also had the fortune to arrive just in time for wine harver season, so making organic homemade wine off the grapes John and Sara had grown themselves in their vineyard was such an absolute great time. Tasks were flexible and easy, also of course the was food delicious! TY!

My arrival already was really comforting and nice. Since I arrived very late on the day, Sara and John prepared my caravan where I stayed for during the volunteering. In the morning we went for a walk with the dogs right away which set the tone for the rest of the volunteering. John and Sara are open and very friendly. They make you feel welcome and do not hold back when sharing their knowledge and experience. The dogs are also very nice and once you get used to them, you will start to love them. The work we did was alright in the hot weather and they cooked lovely. Thank you John and Sara

My first experience has been fantastic, better than I expected. The hosts are great people, flexible and help you when you need it. They respect schedules and make your tasks easier. They have been very patient with my English and have helped me improve. Their pets are adorable, I will miss their dogs and cats. The landscape and location are indescribable, if you like nature and tranquility. The residents of the camping at first seem distant but when you come into contact, they are very close and welcoming. I will always take with me a great experience and memory.

My time in the camping was simply unforgettable. Sara and John are kind and caring hosts that make you feel at home from the very first second. Not to mentioned the 6 most lovable dogs in the world and the countless cats :) I especially recommend this experience to people looking to regenerate from city life and get more in touch with nature. Be prepared for daily dog-walks through endless vineyards with the most beautiful mountain views, a very flexible time schedule and a variety of tasks - from gardening to beer brewing 🤩🍻

I loved the place, I had the opportunity to spend my nights in a caravan for the first time in my life. Sara and Jhon are very kind and friendly so I always feel comfortable around them. You can visit very beautiful places with the bikes that they have and get immerse in all the nature around.

Even though my time here was short I still enjoyed every minute of my volunteering experience. An extremely peaceful, beautiful location. Work was never too hard and there was never too much of it. John and Sara are really welcoming hosts. The food was great, especially the homemade wine that they so generously shared. Definitely a place worth visiting again.

I stayed at the camping for 2 weeks. The tasks were not that hard. It was nice to have a variety in tasks. Walking the dogs was part of a daily routine. It was a nice way to start the day. Lunch and dinner were taken care of and the meals were really tasty. I spend most of my days with John and he is a very kind and funny host. Sara is friendly as well. The camping is located quite remotely, but there's enough to do in the surroundings. I would recommend this place.

I had a lovely time at Camping the camping, many thanks to Sara & John: I highly appreciate how you welcomed me in your home! The week that I spent there was very relaxing since it was not the high season anymore, so sometimes I would have liked to work a little more but there was simply not a lot to do. I would definitely do this again, it's truly a magical place. :)

My experience here was really nice! I had the opportunity to help with the content creation for the place which was really cool and fun for me. They are using some permaculture principles in their way of life and I like that they care so much about the environment ♻️ I have learned about different things like homemade wine & beer and we even made beer from scratch🍻 The dogs and cats are so cute and friendly and we started our mornings with taking the dogs for a walk in the beautiful mountains with John and learning about the area and the plants around🪴 Thank you for the experience !
