Milos is a stunning island! I enjoyed the beach every single day after my shift. There wasn't much work at the guest house since it was still low season, so mainly the job was to help paint the host's house and do some cleaning and ironing. Mind you, Vasilis is great, but he is very detailed and perfectionist so he will want you to do your absolute best. I had a place all to myself which was awesome! The island is very big, so I couldn't go everywhere, but at least I could go to the beaches that were close to the house. Thank you Vasilis for this opportunity!

Milos is a nice Island with lots of magnificent spots, unfortunately my personal experience did not go well. The work is hard for me it should be pros job. I felt disrespected by the attitude of the host, I would usually feel stupid while working. The organisation and instruction should be placed because there was none. The work was above what is in the description (including host's house cleaning and dishes). The tonality of the voice should be revised as well, respect is very important. The WP house was not cleaned before I came, so I did that. Traumatising experience.

It was my first experience as a backpacker and I must say it was the best one ever!! Since I arrived the kindness of Vasilis, Duvrola and Spiro were amazing. Thanks so much!!! The place to work is beautiful as this is a big plus!! Milos is a very nice island where you can relax from the city noises and get connected with nature, local people and amazing food. Everyone was super polite and kind and I will definitely recommend the experience with Vasilis and the family! You all were great 😃👍❤️ thanks again!!

Vassilis is a great and experienced host, knows a lot about Greece/Milos and speaks many languages. The work is fair, basically cleaning and you have a stunning view while doing it. Drousula and Spyros ( his parents) were amazing people, so sweet it felt like living near your grandparents also the best food I had on the island. You have your own house with everything you need in it. It was an amazing experience in a great place with beautiful people. TKS for having me there and showing me how Greece and it's people are special. hopefully I'll be back someday. All the best ! Obrigada xx

My time in Milos was unforgettable. I stayed for a month and managed to explore the whole island thanks to Vasilis. He is very kind and a generous man, and I cannot thank him enough for offering me this opportunity. I had the best month of my life, spending everyday on the boats and beaches and even completing my scuba license! The island is I'm sure one of the most beautiful in the world and anyone who gets the chance to visit here is blessed. Thank you again Vasilis for everything! 🤩

My time in Milos was one of the happiest times of my life. Everyday was different and I was immediately made to feel at home. His mother was exceptionally lovely and welcoming too. Vasilis was a phenomenal host & went out of his way to ensure I saw the best that Milos has to offer. He always made sure I had anything I needed & more. When we weren't doing the easy work at his appts we we were lounging on the beach or adventuring on the boat. Vasilis is a beautiful human being with a loving and caring heart. I feel incredibly blessed to have had this time & I am counting down the days to return.

I remember when Vasileios replied I had already booked another trip so I had to decide out of the two and safe to say I made the best choice ever! This was my first worldpacking role & Vasileios was kind & welcoming. He showed me the Greek way; from fishing, language, boat tours. After a while I felt like a local, Milos was my home away from home. The work itself didn't feel like work and it wasn't much at all - If you have initiative it's easy & you get heaps of free time Vasileios thank you for everything! You've been absolutely amazing!I'm grateful and will cherish the moments.

I had an amazing time and experience, Milos is a very beautiful Island. The job was not much at all and got lots of free time to see the island. Vasilis is a 10/10 host, very welcoming and very kind. Would definitely recommend this experience and will definitely return to Milos in the future!
