The experience

The volunteer will be in charge of running the pool bar, preparing drinks and cocktails for our guests, handling payments, and helping with inventory management. Besides these tasks, we want you to enjoy yourself and help create a fun and relaxed atmosphere at the pool. Work hard, but have a good time!

What you offer

25 hours of help per week

Bartending: Make and serve drinks and help maintain the beverages inventory.

What you get

2 days off per week

Team Dorm: You will have a bed in a shared room, which means you will share the same room with other people.

Free Laundry: You can use our laundry room freely.

Use our equipped kitchen: Feel free to use our kitchen and make your own delicious food.

Basic Internet Access: Basic speed internet for you to work remotely

Requirements

Intermediate Spanish and Intermediate English

Over 20 years old

Only hosts solo volunteers (doesn’t accept couples or partners)

To make this collaboration successful, it’s important that the following exectations are met:

- Be committed to your tasks.
- Comply with all house rules.
- Maintain organization, order, and cleanliness at all times.
- Be punctual with your schedule.
- Creativity is highly encouraged! Bring your ideas to help make our hostels even better.
- Schedule: 25 hours per week of volunteering

Rules

Be punctual and responsible for your assigned shifts.

Keep the shared volunteer dorm clean and organized. No guests or outsiders are allowed in the volunteer rooms.

Use the laundry facilities according to the guidelines.

Maintain a positive and friendly atmosphere at the hostel with staff, volunteers, and guests.
